One of the best Hyatt properties we have ever stayed at The grounds and hotel are in excellent condition and the customer service goes above and beyond

My family and I have been coming to this property now for several years. Initially, being Southern California residents, we wanted to find a place that felt vacation enough for my wife and I, but also kid friendly. This property absolutely delivers! Upon our arrival we were greeted by a gentleman named, Fred. He was welcoming, warm, and friendly. He helped us with our luggage and insured that everything was as it should be in our room. My wife would later tell me that Fred served double duty as he was our transportation to our Villa and our tour guide as he provided us with a history of the property. Tristin took the baton and ran with it as he too was personable and attentive to our needs as it relates to the check-in process. (Separate Villa Check in) The first night we went for something casual and found ourselves at Carmocha. This place is conveniently located in the main lobby area, nicely decorated, with plenty of seating. Beverly was solid, attentive, and offered her perspective when it came to menu questions. Monty was so amazing during our breakfast visit. He remembered the names of our children and provided a great recommendation when my wife was uncertain as it relates to the breakfast menu. (No buffet the first morning) We booked a cabana (Highly Recommended especially during peak season) and that added another level of ease to our days at the pool. We have found that having our own designated space equipped with TV, oscillating fan, safe, and shade - allows you to extend the pool day without feeling like the sun and the pool won the fight. Cruz and Kira did a wonderful job and made sure that we had everything we needed from a food and beverage perspective. They were super kind. I just had so many great experiences with the staff - Freddy, Antonio, Jesse were all class acts. We have learned that when you smile at the world, it has an amazing way of smiling back. I felt that from each and every staff member that I had the privilege of interacting with during our stay. Thank you to the hard-working team at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort - you have once again provided us with more than enough reasons to come back for a visit!

We went to grand Hyatt for 2 nights. Loved everything about our stay- one of the best " standard" rooms. Great layout. I actually thought we were upgraded it was so big and nice. The pool area was great - a private pool/ jacuzzi area for adults only, a lazy river- 2 huge slides, a kids splash area, other pools and a play area with lawn toys. Something for everyone. Can't wait to bring the grand kids! Drinks by the pool were good, breakfast buffet was Great- esp the tex-Mex options. All employees greeted us with a smile, kind word and made us feel like they sincerely wanted us to have a good time.

Amazing location and beautiful rooms. Everything was clean, and the service was fantastic. They treat you with respect and truly want to make your stay enjoyable. My granddaughter loved the pools and waterslides.

A beautiful resort with great food, amenities, pools, and attentive staff. Conveniently located near the Living Desert Zoo and not too far from the tramway mountain hikes. The hotel is so family friendly, and our little one loved experiencing a swimming pool for the first time. All in all a lovely experience we’ve enjoyed several times and will enjoy again!
