The Grand Hyatt could have had the ADA room we pre-reserved ready for our requested early check in time. Staff offered a temporary regular room, which we accepted, and then we were told the ADA would not be ready. Clearly the Grand Hyatt discriminates against handicapped persons. The temporary room become permanent and the staff had nothing to say or offer to make our stay more enjoyable. Needless to say, but, we were very disappointed, and likely will post this event on social media.

This resort is gorgeous! We stayed for a few nights for some R&R and did not want to leave. The Oasis adults only pool had servers that kept the drinks coming and were so attentive to our needs. Everyone was so friendly - the housekeeping staff were conversational in the hallways and the room was beyond expectations. I’ve never had a live pothos in a hotel room before. The lazy river and water slides were so much fun even as a mid 30’s couple. The lifeguards encouraged our “race” down the water slide. I would return here in a second and would love to try the villas next time!

We love this place. It doesn’t matter if you are just a couple or a family as both will find it a great place to stay, play, and relax. We have been coming for over 30 years to the Hyatt Indian Wells and have seen a lot of changes over the years and all for the better

I chose this hotel for the pool and it was really nice! But it was also crowded. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious but you could definitely hear hallway noise. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a reduced price or free parking offered to hotel patrons.

We had a really great stay here for a couple of nights. Our room was great, not the best view but otherwise ok. The staff were all super friendly especially Jennifer in Carmoucha. She was very attentive and even remembered on our second evening in there what our drinks were. The servers by the adult pool were also very attentive. The adult pool had loads of sun loungers in the shade or sun and a nice temperature pool. We had a quick go in the lazy river which was fun. Parking was well organised valet parking. No complaints - a fun 2 days in the baking hot sun.
