Great Experience 10/10
Trisha G (Scottsbluff, Nebraska) on Feb 02, 2026
Beautiful resort with a relaxing atmosphere. Loved our location facing the golf course. The entire resort is well kept. Everyone was friendly and always offering to help in any way then can via their specific service they provide. Accommodations for our large number at the conference was professionally handled. All expectations were met. Great location to resteraunts and shopping.
Too expensive for leisure stay

The pool area is fun, the staff is friendly and attentive, but I would not recommend bringing a family. It's way too expensive for leisure. I was there on business so my employer was paying for mostly everything and I still balked at the prices.
Nice property ...but watch out for all the extra charges.

The property was nice. Only at location for 2 days. The pool and outside actives are nice and abundant (lots of activities for kids or adults). A very nice and relaxing resort. The negative things, that need to be worked on or addressed: There was a $35 self parking or $37 valet parking fee (not pointed out during reservation) Parking is not covered in the $45 per day (per person) cost for resort fee, that gets expensive if staying for multiple days. The sheets on the bed were not soft and stiff and uncomfortable. The A/C in the room could not be turned lower than 69, and it did not feel 69 (more like in 74). The restaurant on the property (Tia Carmen) was very nice and is worth visiting for a dinner out.
Top hotel in Palm Springs!
David K (Shenzhen) on Jan 18, 2026
From valet parking attendants, globalist check in process, restaurant servers, all services at this hotel are top notch! I got upgraded automatically to a suite with a living room and a massive bathroom. I only stayed one night and didn’t really use the facilities and onsite spa services but I can only imagine how great it would be.
Relaxing at a beautiful resort!

Beautiful resort. Beautiful rooms. Food and customer service were top notch. Love the fire pit at night! Coffee shop did not disappoint. Pool area is gorgeous and there are lots of fun activities for everyone. We will be back!
