Beautiful place!

Truly such a great place and has something for everyone. Great for families but also perfect for a couples getaway if you want to lounge by the adult pool and play some golf. We enjoyed our stay there and have visited often through the years. They have done a great job with modernization. Beautiful place!
Hotel Did Not Meet Basic Expectations
Sarah Y on Jun 04, 2026
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The service was disappointing from the start. Many staff members seemed poorly trained, and the front desk was unfamiliar with basic procedures. Despite having plenty of vacant rooms, the hotel refused any room upgrade. The room itself was in poor condition. The TV and telephone didn't work, there was an unpleasant smell upon entering, and the air conditioning was extremely loud. The soundproofing was terrible, and throughout the night there was a constant loud mechanical noise that repeatedly woke us up, making it impossible to get proper rest. The hotel also lacked a shared microwave, and the hot tub wasn't hot at all. Another extremely disturbing incident occurred when a room service staff member opened our room door and entered without asking whether anyone was inside. Fortunately, we weren't changing clothes at the time, but what if we had been? This was a serious invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable. The only positives were the lazy river, water slides, and bike rentals. Even leaving the property was frustrating. The parking gate sensor and service button didn't work properly, and after being unable to get assistance, I ended up paying twice for parking just to exit. Overall, the service, room condition, noise levels, and lack of privacy made this an extremely disappointing stay. I canceled all of my future reservations at this property as soon as I got home and will never stay here again. There are far better options available for the price.
Very disappointed

Very disappointed . Needs TLC Outdated Dark Leaves everywhere near pool and on chairs my view was a dead tree and unkept grass
Comfortable Stay with Spacious Rooms, but Some Noise Issues
dweekoh (Los Angeles, California) on Jun 02, 2026
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated several aspects of the property. The room was very spacious and having two king-sized beds worked out perfectly for our group. The bathroom offered ample counter space, which made getting ready much easier, and the high-end amenities were a nice touch. I also enjoyed my visit to the spa, although I didn't get to fully take advantage of the facilities because I forgot to bring swimwear. Dinner at the onsite restaurant, Kestrel, was convenient and the food was quite tasty. There were a few drawbacks, however. The air conditioning unit was noticeably loud throughout the night, and the bathroom could have used better lighting. The shower water pressure was weaker than expected, and sound insulation was not great—we could hear people running in the room above us as well as noise from guests walking through the hallways. Despite these issues, the spacious accommodations, quality amenities, and convenient dining options made for an enjoyable stay. With a few improvements to noise control and room functionality, the experience would be even better.
Overbooked, too many kids, fees & pricing galore, fantastic staff.

Room was nice. Staff fantastic, hard-working, courteous. Fitness facility was nice. I wouldn’t consider this a couples retreat. Nothing wrong with families & kids but overcrowded. Not fond of the $35 over night parking fee with a bad scanner as an entry point, problematic enough to not allow egress or ingress. My 6 night stay required 3 new bar codes. No intercom to allow contacting front desk. You will also encounter a $45 per night resort fee kindly added to the end of your stay. If you eat at one of the restaurants in house, expect to be charged accordingly. $70 for an omelette, order of pancakes, glass of orange juice, iced cappuccino. That didn’t include gratuity. If I had kids and lived in the desert and wanted a family getaway , this would be an excellent travel stop. For us, this didn’t fit the bill.
