Yuck! Not worth the money or stop

Place was so dirty. Hair everywhere on sink toilet and tub, they need to get new cleaners, take out bathtub matts mildew, they were gross and upgrade your hotel it was as basic as it comes. Like a motel 6. The website is misleading and deceptive with their phots. The noise outside sounding like I was in Compton with street races and gunshots sounds.

Delayed Check-In: Waiting Two Hours Past the Posted Time

I was very disappointed with the check-in experience at this hotel. The listed check-in time was 4:00 PM, and we arrived at 5:00 PM—an hour later—expecting the room to be ready. Instead, the front desk informed us that housekeeping still needed to clean the room and that it would take another forty minutes. The explanation given was that the hotel had been fully booked the night before. While I understand that hotels can be busy or even short-staffed at times, the posted check-out time is 11:00 AM. That leaves a full six hours to prepare rooms before the next guests arrive. It’s hard to understand how rooms could still be unavailable well past the scheduled check-in. As paying guests, it feels unreasonable to be asked to wait nearly two additional hours beyond the promised check-in time due to the hotel’s staffing or scheduling issues. Overall, this experience left a negative first impression and raised concerns about how the hotel manages operations and guest expectations. I hope they improve their turnaround process so future guests don’t encounter the same issue.
