The staff at the Residence Inn La Quinta is always friendly, personable and put the care in customer service each and every time I come to this location. You don't feel like a number, you feel like they truly care about you as a customer and that you are having a great stay. If i have ever had an issue, they are always right on top of it. The rooms are very clean and perfect every time. There are restaurants right next door along with a Costco within walking distance to fill the refrigerator for a longer stay. I highly recommend this hotel as it is always a pleasure to stay here and very convenient for visiting or seeing any other part of the desert valley.

The staff at the desk was super helpful. Building is nice and location is good. Housekeeping is poor. Room was dirty, kitchenette floor was disgustingly filthy as was bathroom floor. Wiped both with a wet towel to our horror the tiles were filthy. I took a photo as it was shocking. We had another reservation booked for another trip back to the desert but have canceled it. Asked multiple times for the room to be cleaned but it wasn’t.

Stayed here for a couple of nights during a visit to Palm Springs while roadtripping. First, there's free EV charging out front - enough for 4 vehicles - you need an adapter and it will take you all night to get a full charge - but can't beat free and convenient. The hotel offers free breakfast and it's more than sufficient - hot food, cold food and make your own waffles which is a hit with the kids. Parking is outside and around the property so it's definitely first come first serve. You are at the mercy of just a few elevators so sometimes there's a wait. The rooms are spacious - nice kitchenette setup plus a couch and long desk plus a sleeping area and a fine bathroom (nothing special). When we first entered the room, there was a very strong smell from the cleaning fluids which knocked us back a bit - wasn't the greatest sleeping in it, but eventually, we didn't notice (I suppose, better knowing it was clean). The fitness center is nothing more than some cardio machines and some dumbbells, so manage your expectations there. Surprisingly, families enjoyed the tiny pool out front.

The RI in La Quinta was the perfect hotel for us during a recent trip. It was an easy drive to Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs and all of the fantastic areas nearby. The hotel has plenty of free parking, is very clean and has a great staff. Thank you to Arisdelci, a great manager, who recognized a family member's birthday. Throughout our stay Arisdelci made great recommendations. The RI is located within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping centers including Costco. This is the place to stay in La Quinta!
