This was our third stay at this hotel, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is only four years old, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Our flight from the midwest arrived early in the day, and we were grateful that there was no problem checking in around 1:00pm. Highly recommend.

Love the Residence Inn in La Quinta! This was our third time staying here - second time with our pup. Everyone is so friendly, lots of space and storage in the room, clean, and probably the nicest shower I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Full cooked breakfast in the morning was so-so, but the coffee is wonderful. Dog friendly huge plus too. Close to La Quinta Spa, Jackalope Ranch, Shields Date Shack and a lot of golf courses. Highly recommended!

I just completed a 6 night stay at Residence Inn La Quinta and I'm very disappointed about the service I received. They are a new hotel and promised that I would get housekeeping every other day and a full clean on Wednesday. I received only one visit from housekeeping on Sunday and I had to go get fresh towels from the front desk on two other occasions. I also had to get more toilet paper and I have never in my life had to go get more toilet paper while staying in a hotel. I complained to the front desk twice and they completely blew me off. They even said that I would receive a call from the manager within the next two hours and I never received any call. It's a new hotel so the rooms are new and in good condition but the complimentary breakfast was not the best and most of the parking spaces close to the front entrance are reserved for electric vehicles so they sat empty most of the time during our 6 night stay. It's located in a commercial area on a highway by Costco and Walmart so probably better suited for work stays for people driving an electric truck than a family who is on vacation. We won't consider staying there again and it was disappointing as a long time loyal Marriott guest to have to spend 6 nights here while on vacation.

My experience was very good. I am a commercial pilot and I am in and out of a lot of hotels. This property is very well taken care of. It is clean and well maintained. It is located in an area with a lot of shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The staff is great. Lashan, the manager is very knowledgeable, professional and went the extra mile, to make me feel at home and get me the room that I was looking for. Inese and Benjamin were great as well. I already have several trips booked to come back in the near future. Thanks everyone!

Newer Residence Inn, nice staff, clean & quiet room, and good breakfast. The location is a few miles off Interstate 10 (which is a plus for me) and it's easy to grt to. All this plus free level 2 electric vehicle charging stations in the parking lot. If I could give this Residence Inn a rating of 6 I would.
