When you stay at the Arizona Biltmore LXR - You'll never want to leave!

jlneighbors (milford, michigan) on May 06, 2025

Definitely beyond 10/10! Stunning hotel and grounds is only exceeded by the incredible team that keeps this hotel a MUST VISIT. We arrived early and Karina at front desk was absolutely amazing and found us a room (upgraded) and got us checked in then and there. I checked with the front desk often and Karina managed time and time again to make sure that our stay was perfect! The rooms are spotless and spacious. Housekeeping doesn't miss a beat here. We had a lovely patio on ground level with gas firepit. A quick walk to the pool with ample chairs and towels already in place. The pool servers (Joe, Rachel, Grace, Layla and more) were always ready to get us anything. They also put a pitcher of ice water and cups at every guest group around the pool. We utilized the Paradise pool the most. It was perfect for our 10 and 7 year old as it was 3-3.5 ft deep, warm and easy to see our kids. I have to mention Alex at the Cup & Cone. A great little place for anything from fun coffees to fancy baked items to cold beverages, sandwiches, alcohol, candy and more. Our 7 year old grandson has a myriad of diagnosis including heart defects and learning issues which can sometimes be challenging to handle in different environments. We found his favorite at the Cup & Cone (he doesn't eat most things but he loves cinnamon rolls) and I ordered a couple of things in addition to the cinnamon roll. Alex took such good care of us and made sure that our little guy felt special which means we all felt special. And then there is Ms. Belle. She met our little guy and his brother and made them feel so special by offering the little stuffie toy RingCat. It was the icing on the cake of a stay in an environment that is inclusive, friendly and service oriented in a way that is hard to find. Karina, Alex, Belle and teams - The Arizona Biltmore is lucky to have you and we are lucky to have met you all. Thank you!

Great hotel and service, below average food

Resort13265115740 on May 04, 2025

Beautiful hotel, great service. Worst food I’ve ever had at a 5-star hotel. Rooms are a very good size, but if you stay in the main hotel the walls are paper thin. The remodel is gorgeous and the setting is exquisite, but the food is really below average and it’s hard to imagine how or why considering the prices.

Best Front Desk Service

We had a family trip over the weekend and visited the Biltmore Arizona property for the first time. From the moment we checked in, Chase at the front desk went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. He was working throughout the weekend and made a point to check in with us every time he saw us, always asking if there was anything we needed. His helpful guidance about the hotel truly enhanced our stay and made the trip even more memorable. Thank you, Chase, for all your support. We look forward to returning and seeing you again soon.

A great stay at the Arizona Biltmore

mswtravels71 (Buffalo Grove, Illinois) on Apr 27, 2025

I just finished a bleisure stay - conference for 2 days and relaxation for an additional 3 days. First a word about the food selections available for the conference (banquets department). Top notch. As I vegetarian there were ALWAYS plenty of options at meals…and as importantly, coffee break snacks had things like vegan jerky among many other items for everyone. Kudos to the banquets team! Once business was done, great relaxation was easy to obtain. At check in I asked for a quiet location, and the Terrace Wing was perfect. Decent sized pool used primary only by people in the Wing. Great views of Camelback Mountain. We absolutely did not need the family pool or even the adults only pool. We also took advantage of three programs that the Hotel offers, including meditation, the estate walk, and the history tour. The first two are included in your resort fee and highly recommended. The history tour was also fascinating, and we even got a chance to go into the Mystery Room. It’s a bargain at $30 per person. And lastly, while all the staff were attentive and patient, I’d like to recognize Carina at the front desk. She provided great advice, answered all of my questions, and truly was the embodiment of hospitality.

Luxurious resort experience

jjak2001 (Connecticut) on Apr 23, 2025

The Biltmore never disappoints. This is my second time staying here, and if it wasn’t for my friend being a team member, I would never be able to afford it. All staff were very nice, attentive and accommodating. We spent our time at the adults only pool, which was so nice not having to deal with kids. Staff wait on you while lounging in your thickly padded chaise with drinks and food. Speaking of drinks, yes they are expensive starting at 17 dollars each but they use top shelf alcohol which shows in taste. I tried almost every one of their signature drinks and loved each one. The food wasn’t anything to write home about but still above average hotel fare. The clothing shops offer high end clothing and have sale racks which is what I made a beeline to lol. The Biltmore has a spa on the property which I did not partake in but the offerings looked very nice. Overall great experience and would not hesitate to stay here again.
