Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa is going through an extensive transformation. This is a two year project from 2023-2025 with the rebranding to Grand Hyatt.
Here is an outline of the areas impacted and proposed timelines:

Construction was horrible. Not relaxing. Needed to be notified or accommodated for the construction.

Hotel under major renevation. There is no lobby, no sit down restuarants, no easy access to pools. Elevators work only sometimes. Plastic walls, backward lamps, and contruction debris everywhere. No real parking. Cars are easily damaged
