Zen Restaurant at Hard Rock Outstanding staff Jazmin, flaming coffee wizard, and Christian took care of our family, including our 3 year old grandson. Great food and service. Captain Allondra and the Chefs Isaac and Marek provided us with an amazing dining experience. We loved our time here! Worth the visit.

Great beach and wait service from isreal. Weather was beautiful and the service all week was great. Nice spa as well. Will be coming back to all hard rock properties from now on, the price for an all inclusive and the amenities are worth it. Great trip

This trip was incredible, I have a really good time at hard rock! I love the entertainment team was incredible!! This is the best resort. Please come here everybody. Especially Reed was such a good guy and very funny it made our vacation very enjoyable! Thanks reed!!

We've always had stellar service at Hard Rocks and Vallarta even better than the others. Diane, Zu and Gregorio at the beach were so friendly and attentive we couldn't have asked for more. Jazmine's Mexican coffee show at Zen was definitely a highlight. It's a small, intimate resort so if that's your preference over a giant facility, the Hard Rock Vallarta is for you.

We went to Zen restaurant an Asian cuisine. We had excellent experience. Our party had special dietary requirements like vegetarian with no eggs on top with no onion and no garlic. We had amazing special food served. Our server Jazmin helped through all our requirements and Chef Israel accommodated every possible options with flavors. We also want to extend our Muchas Gracias to staff which worked behind the scenes. Here are few to call out, sorry if I missed any of them not called out here. Wait that’s not all. They went ahead and made special desert for my birthday celebration and made a special evening for me by singing and playing music with firecrackers..??
