We had a wonderful time and they took great care of us making dinner reservation saving beach chairs. Anything we needed.

Staff is amazing. No complaints at all. Attentive and kind. Please re-establish rules about holding chairs with towels. When you have a high occupancy it is very difficult to get chairs around the pool or even on the beach since people will hold multiple chairs all day. Sometimes they do this in two different spots. Very aggravating.

Service was excellent! Cristal and Valentina were exceptional at Umo. Alex provided a great poolside experience. The staff at this resort were cheerful and friendly.

Ciao is one of the restaurants at the Hard Rock Vallarta Hotel, with amazing food & drinks and had excellent service!! Juan was the manager and came around to check on our family experience several times!! The service staff were friendly, prompt, kind and extremely professional!! We had an amazing dinner and the Hard Rock overall has been a fantastic choice for our families (party of 6) 10-day trip! We will be returning for another vacation here!! Thank you so much! Ciao????
