We loved Diana from the beach cabanas and Lago as our morning server in Ciao

Tonight's service with Fernando, Paulina, and Leydi was excellent. The food was lovely and they were very attentive. Lots of options and suggestions for things I didn't think of to try. I loved their take on a Cantorito!

We are so impressed by Hard Rock Vallarta. We’ve stayed at many all inclusives before and this was by far our favourite. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We loved the entertainment team- they have great energy, everyday they had a different game and activity. The pool bars were awesome, poolside service as well was amazing - Luis we will miss (our kids too). They have kayaks, paddle boards and boogie boards which we used everyday. The food .. again, very impressed! Our favourite was Frida, our server Jazmin was so lovely and again, we will miss her! All of the restaurants and food we had was soooo good! Some of the previous all inclusive resorts we stayed at didn’t have authentic Mexican food - Hard Rock Vallarta has 2 Mexican restaurants and always had fresh pico de gallo & guacamole. The pollo mole was so good at Frida! The little pizza shack was awesome for a snack by the pool for the kids as you can build your own pizza. The shows at night were also so good! I can’t say enough good things. We had a room in the new wing and it was gorgeous!! Can’t wait to come back again.

Jazmyn, Paulina and Capitan Juan were excellent host. Celebrating my sons 21st birthday and they gave us a wonderful experience.

We just finished spending a week at the Hard Rock Puerto Vallarta which we had booked using a Paradise Pass that we had purchased years prior at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya. The Paradise Pass was great. We saved some money on the returning trip and it included our private transportation to and from the airport. The whole thing was seamless and we would happily do it again. As for the Hard Rock. The hotel itself was nice but we found out that they are shutting down to renovate this July. We can’t wait to see how nice it will be once it is done because it already met all of our expectations. The beach access was very easy and the beach itself was awesome and so clean. Better than the hotel was the staff. Freda, Georgia, Reed and the rest of the entertainment were amazing. They keep the energy going. The nightly shows were spectacular with our favourite being the Rock Show with Memories. Incredible. Fer made the best omelettes. Jauregui at the pool side and Israel at the beach took care of us for our drinks and we never had to wait. And they had great suggestions. The staff at Umo, Victor, Angel, Brantley, Adrian and Angela saw us multiple times. Great service and the beef tenderloin was perfect. The housekeeping was excellent to as our room was always spotless. Raul at the front desk, thanks for getting us checked out and for answering all of our questions. Last but not least, thanks Antonio Rivera for the transportation to the airport. We will book you for a tour when we return. I highly recommend the Hard Rock resorts for a family vacation, especially Puerto Vallarta. We have been twice now and haven’t had a single complaint. And if you are going on a couples trip, the Unico side looked amazing.
