Hardrock Puerto Vallerta is very nice. Service is excellent. Shout out to Alex (Michael Jackson is his favorite) the server. Very conscientious of customers picks and readily is there with their favorite drinks. Very friendly and outgoing. An asset to the resort!!
Staffs are awesome! Very attentive and fast!

Rafa and Garret are the Best staffs at Market! They treat us so well, SOB volleyball vacation group. We love them!! Waiting staff at Market at breakfast, Juan at Frida, waiters bring drinks to the beach, they treat us very well.

We had dinner at Umo restaurant in Hard Rock, Vallarta and Adrian and Armando were our waiters. They were both excellent and provided us with superb service. We would highly recommend this restaurant and especially the two waiters we had. Also, Ari was our wine Sommelier and she is very nice and knowledgeable.

Our stay at hard rock Vallarta was amazing! The food, the people, the atmosphere was fantastic! The best dinner was at Frida, I had the short rib tacos and three different desserts that were tasty!! Our servers Noemi and Fernando were great as well! Book your trip, you won’t regret it!
A great time especially with two young first timers

Had a great time. The entertainment team including Georgia and Reed made sure there was always fun times at the pool. The food was excellent especially Jazmin’s service at Zen! Had a great week!
