My experience at this hotel makes me not want to visit Puerto Vallarta again. Besides the front staff, the spa, and the swim up bar (bartenders were amazing), write off the rest. Food is below average, and the staff can be very rude. Absolutely no service around the pool unless you go to the swim up bar. Hostess at ciao along with their supervisor was extremely rude. The manager at Frida was amazing unfortunately the food was not. He had the chefs make tacos for us to make up for the tasteless food. There were bugs in the room, and the pillows were hard as rocks.

Top performance. Uriel and Francisco set the stage right from the start to win an Emmy. Zu and Dianne kept the sand warm and the drinks cold. Can’t wait to come back for our next performance. I love the red carpet treatment. Thank you to the entertainment crew and all the stage hens for your hard work.

Amazing time! Our 3rd time here at Hard Rock, and always have a great time and amazing service. Head to the smaller pool on the right, next to Frida, and ask for Israel and Armando, they'll take great care of you! We'll definitely be back again!

It is a bit dated but overall had a great time. The main reason for my lower score is only for the food. I was not happy with food tastes or options.
