Reed, Rocio, Kevin, Canelo, and Adrian took the time to play volleyball with us. They honestly had a long day and they made sure to play with us. They are one of their hardest hard workers. I can not say enough about them. Our stay was special because of them.

Uri, Alex and Francisco were our butlers on our stay last week. They were exceptionally attentive to us and responded back to any requests very quickly. It was our 1st time having Butlers and we really enjoyed not having to worry about saving seats at the beach or making dinner reservations + special treatment on check in and check out. They also checked in on us at the beach and dinner, making sure we did not need anything.

We had a fantastic time. Everyone at this resort is friendly and prompt ! Our butlers uri Alex and Francisco were fantastic. Our beach servers Gabriel Morgan and Diana were also the best! Our bellhop manu was very friendly and made our departure smooth and easy. We will be back! Thank you so much for our amazing vacation!

We had a lot of fun. The staff was great, food was good, and the evening events at the theatre were a lot of fun for the kids, especially the legends show. The entertainment staff was a lot of fun, shoutout to Gorge, Ash, and Kevin. Alma from the towel booth was very sweet to our daughter, Champi, Oscar and Georgino were really accommodating and Eric was very nice at checkout with our bags. Thanks again for a great week :)

Friendliest staff of any all inclusive I’ve ever been to. Super noteworthy people work in the Zen restaurant (best in the resort by mikes): servers Jazmin and Daniel felt like family (no cliche - real talk). Chef Israel threw together a custom feast for our table. Unreal!
