Laid back vacation with sunset views

HRPV is among the smallest of the Hard Rock properties but more relaxed because of it- no need for dinner reservations you have to worry about and stick to, no crowds clamoring for pool chairs, less distance to walk if you have little kids or mobility issues. Staff were genuinely caring- Fer, Paulina, Dalia, Alondra, Obed, Armando, Alan, Jeny and James from Legendary etc, were just a few of the people who served with a smile. There are less after hour activities overall but the entertainment team tries to engage everyone poolside during the day and we saw watched 2 fun shows- a rock theme and Elvis tribute. Kids club was flexible with the schedule, catering to requests, and kids were actually excited to visit. The resort has the best beach access and calm waters, with gorgeous sunsets. Renovated rooms are beautiful- they moved us quickly when we reported a mechanic issue. Overall would highly recommend for the relaxing, laid back trip.
