Christy was very friendly and helpful at the towels and helped me with my Spanish. Great employee. Also Yu gave great service on the beach for the week I was here. She remembered my name each day and my drink order. Another great employee.

This was a very nice all inclusive resort. They had a lot of activities but they needed to have them more easily posted so that one can participate in them. The rooms were a bit musty. However they will start a major renovation in about a month that should fix that issue. The staff was excellent and extremely attentive to our needs. There was a bit of a mosquito problem. I watched the staff spray for bugs and provide insect repellent for guests.

We had the most amazing time here. The service is exceptional. The food was great, most restaurants à la carte at dinner time. The staff are so attentive. Special shoutout to Ramon for taking care of us and team Frida!! Jazmin and Captain Juan were amazing! We travel the world and these two were so kind and special to us. Also the whole Frida team, Jhosua, chefs Israel and Alexis (best ever!! That honeymoon cake is the best!!) thank you Jazmin and Captain Juan for the most memorable night. The Bali beds are great, the pool activities are fun. The perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment. And so clean! Hard Rock Vallarta… You truly ticked all the boxes. The location is also stunning. Feels like a little island near Fiji or Hawaii! Stunning. Best trip in a long time. Can’t wait to return. Thank you for going above and beyond for every guest. Exceeded our expectations by far.
