HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE OF AN EXCUSE FOR A “resort”.

PLEASE do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT STAY at this resort. We have been to DR 16 times and this by far was our worst ever. No toilet for a week (although three people tried to fix it… DID NOT WORK. I found myself at 5am in my PJs going to lobby to use this bathroom. No hot water for three days (we were advised it would be fixed by never was and almost everyday we had to call to have our safe fixed. I WILL NEVER stay at this resort again and I would advise all to do the same.

Nice hotel, nice pool and beach, rooms and food are average, service is good, bars are good Will go there again!
