It ruined our holiday. We will never come back.

The hotel is very very loud. They have loud music everywhere. This is not a standalone hotel, But share land with other non adult only hotels. They claim there are 11 restaurants But only 1 buffet on site with others fully booked and with limited bookings you can do. The room don't even have hand soap. This is a 3 star resort. We will never come back.

Arrived opening day. Confusion abound, could not book any a la cartes as app did not allow access and told upon check-in would be given full access. Nope..nada. room was renovated, standard All inclusive style. Clean, musty smell. Buffet food very average. Ate same food over and over and over. Booze plentiful, don't drink alcohol so.cannot advise anything THIS IS A PARTY RESORT. NON-STOP BOOM BOOM MUSIC FROM NOON TO MIDNIGHT. THINK LV POOL PARTY Pool very nice. No.issue getting chair but this was 1st few days. Beach is 10 minute trolley ride and NOT adults only. Jammed full, screaming crying children
