Great experience! Wonderful couples vacation

My husband and I just got back from our vacation at Catalonia Yucatan Beach and we had an excellent experience. All the service staff is friendly and kind and very helpful. The drinks are good! The only downside is that the beach is rocky. But it’s still beautiful and there are spots where you can get around the rocks and go out in the water. We had great service at all the bars. And the entertainment was good too. The food was average. Overall we had a great experience and would totally go back.

We booked our family of 9 trip in this all inclusive via Air Transat where it was advertised as 4 stars. We stayed there for 5 days. Although we all bought our package online at the exact same moment, we all got different price for the same thing (overbidding!). Let me tell you: way far from 4 stars. The rooms are outdated, there’s rust and mold on the doors, no tissues in the tissue dispenser, etc. Front end staff very rude. The beach is nearly non-existent. Very rocky. Very disappointing. Not what we were promised and what we paid for. It’s not more than a 2 1/2 stars, hands down. Avoid at all costs.
