We are repeat guests and our last visit was to celebrate the wedding of our daughter with 22 other guests. The wedding experience with Aaron as our planner was perfect in every way as he took care of all the details . We arrived prior to the wedding guests so we could enjoy a few days to ourselves. It was nice to see butlers Mauro, Angel, Ruben, Miguel and Katarina whom we met previously. When the ladies were in the bridal suite, the butlers did an amazing job of ensuring the groomsmen and dads had food and beverages as they were getting ready. During the day we were pampered by Mirna and Adriana as we lounged on the beach and later in the day by the private pool. Elizabeth and Laura were wonderful hostesses at breakfast and lunch. We held our daughter and son--in-law's rehearsal dinner at L'Atelier and received excellent service by all staff. We were happy to have Leticia take care of us during the rehearsal as well as other evenings that we dined at the French restaurant. Nubia in public relations was available to answer any and all of our questions during our stay and it was great to see Sac again at the front desk. At the bar, Daniel and Estel took care of us and ensured we were never thirsty. Top shelf liquor is always served and the espresso martinis are amazing! We sent in a special request for our room prior to arrival and we were very happy to have the room available to us upon check-in. The bride and groom were upgraded to a corner walk out suite in building 70 and thoroughly enjoyed this. My daughter is lactose intolerant and she never went hungry; staff always asked and made sure the food served was safe for her. Being a larger group, the hotel was very accommodating to seating everyone with minimal waits. Room service was excellent which we used when my husband went golfing and the other guests used to get a snack before dinner or bed. This is one of our favourite Iberostar properties and we look forward to returning in spring 2025.
Best resort in the Cancun/ Playa Del Carmen area

I can’t say enough about this resort. Everything was exceptional. We had a private romantic villa with pool. The room was amazing. The pool did not get a lot of sun because of how private the pool area is. So the water was a little cold. But we enjoyed the large quiet pool which was not busy at all. The food was all delicious including the spectacular buffet. Our Butlers, Adrian , Antonio and Gustavo were all so accommodating and always available. 24x7. They would transport us in a large golf cart to the areas that were a little far for us to walk. Excellent! I’d go back again and again
