Our stay at Iberostar Joia Paraíso was absolutely great. The butler service was top-notch. Always attentive, thoughtful, and perfectly timed. Luxurious atmosphere from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Mirna and Atalia. They went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their warmth, attention to detail, and personalized care made all the difference.

A Joia vacation is like no other, always the greatest experience. This is my 3rd vacation at the Joia Paraiso by Iberostar, and the hotel overall is fabulous. The staff, the food, and entertainment- great. Food at the restaurants are great, but the buffet food is amazing- a can't miss meal! They always have different, tasty options for everyone! I'm a gym person, there are two gyms on the complex, but for me the gym at the Joia is better for me. I was delighted that they had put in new cardio machines such as a treadmill, elliptical, a spin bike, and a recumbent bike (!) along with weights, weight machines. I was happy to see that both Ianko and Cinthia were still running the Fit and Fun classes, and that Cinthia remembered me from the last trip :) During one's stay it's always worth setting up a lunch with Chef Yadir, making anything you would like- he makes delicious Lamb burgers, and Chimichangas. The pool staff is great, they made sure I was always happy and taken care of- offered help at all times- specifically Elizabeth, Ray. Luis, Carlos, Alma, Viridiana specifically were fantastic Starfriends. Several years now, they continue to remember previous conversations and made connections- which I enjoy- I really like how they remember you from past visits and make you feel so welcome/welcome you back. Entertainment at night in lobby is great, unfortunately not many seats but fantastic when you can sit and watch the singers/musicians. The shows at night, which are now all free, are good. Some better than you'd expect, but all good. If you are to stay in a room with butler, Mirna is fantastic- she makes sure she always finds you in the morning (near buffet or around pool) or knocks on your door in the late afternoon to see if you need anything. I needed ice for an injury (unrelated to trip) and she scheduled on her Ipad for it to be dropped of by a certain time. I can't wait to return to the Joia, and be greeted with such joy.
