While everyone was kind, I just want to take a moment to praise Juan Piña (aka Pineapple). This man went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. Truly a wonderful person and employee. They are lucky to have him! He deserves a raise!
Amazing resort

From arrival to departure, everything was absolutely perfect! We stayed in an ocean front suite with butler service. Louis was our butler and exceeded expectations with superior service. Food is amazing, the room is stunning, the staff are exceptional. The only negative is the evening lobby bar entertainment because it is not my style because it features opera singing, classical music and otherwise subdued entertainment making it akin to a nursing home. The good news is that you have access to all the other lobby bars with Lindo being our favorite for up beat and fun entertainment.
