Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Nice and clean. Wish they had around clock valet parking. Staff were nice and attentive when asked to have a higher floor. They did it without problem. The hotel is right next door to Japan town. It has many restaurants. Although it under renovation right now, but businesses are open.

Nice design hotel with lounging spaces and coffee and tea all day and night. We stayed in the King Suite because we like extra space and I'm glad we did. The mattress was excellent and the room was quiet. A bit of street noise but we had earplugs and so it wasn't a problem. Overall, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The area is a very good walking community in Little Tokyo.
