Great Hotel in the perfect location

We wanted a hotel that was in the best possible location for Fisherman's Wharf, and this definitely fitted the bill. The hotel is modern, feels quite classy in many ways with very wide corridors, lots of cabin crew from various airlines coming in and out giving it a very cosmopolitan and international feel and the rooms were just great. We found the rooms to be well designed, not too cramped up, with a nice little seating area that made the rooms feel a lot more useful as a base. Breakfast was fine, for any British travellers, it wasn't a lot different to a Premier Inn or Holiday Inn breakfast, with plenty of options and it was well cooked. We had just one issue, shortly after arrival, when someone knocked on our door then ran. It happened again 10 minutes later and I was close enough to the door to hear it was the people next door. I knocked on their door and they refused to answer. I then went to the main desk and reported it to the manager. He then phoned them, knocked on their door and then spoke to me offering to move us if we wanted and apologised. He said that the guests next door were due to leave. It didn't happen again and the manager couldn't have been any more helpful. In terms of location, its literally 3 minutes walk from the waterfront and it was in the perfect spot. Overall, if we were every to return to San Francisco, this would be the place we'd stay at.
Excellent hotel in a prime location

The room was clean and generously spacious. The staff were very professional, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is at prime location, within walking distance to Pier 39.
