A Home Away From Home During A Six Week Stay

We stayed at The Westin St. Francis San Francisco for six weeks while our home was being repaired because of water damage. This hotel was a wonderful place to stay during a difficult time for us. From the beginning, the hotel staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel staff we encountered were friendly, accommodating, and professional, which made a long stay feel comfortable and pleasant. We were there during the Christmas holiday season, and the hotel was beautifully decorated and festive. The Concierge team including Anthony, David, Glenn, and Jeff, were outstanding. They were always helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with recommendations and questions. At the front desk, Azucena stood out for her friendly and pleasant presence. And Front Desk Manager Andrew helped us move into a larger Junior Suite with a better view of Union Square, which made for a better living experience during an extended stay. We are also grateful to Jonathan Voss, Director of Front Office, for allowing us to remain in the same room when we needed to extend our stay by an additional day, which was very convenient. The Bonvoy Lounge was a daily highlight for us. Nicole, Maria, Jenny, Uyen, Yao, Christian, and Peter took great care of us every morning at breakfast and in the evenings for snacks. They were always warm, friendly, and attentive, and made the lounge a welcoming place. Overall, The Westin St. Francis was a wonderful place to stay, with friendly and professional staff. The kindness and professionalism of the staff made a challenging situation the best it could be. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for extended stays.
Great experience at the Westin St Francis

This was our first trip back to SF since COVID. This used to be our favorite city to visit. We used to visit 2 to 3 times a year. Our favorite hotel was the St Francis. We decided to stay here again and was not disappointed. Service still exceptional. Love the renovation to the lobby with the new bar. I'd like to thank Luis at the front desk and Jeff Aquino at the concierge desk for their exceptional service and for being so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back. Aloha, Glen Moribe
