My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Westin St. Francis, and I especially want to thank Jose for taking such good care of us. Jose was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I’ve stayed at quite a few Marriott hotels, but it’s people like Jose who make a hotel worth coming back to. I’d happily choose this Westin again for my next business trip, even over the Palace Hotel nearby. Thank you again Jose! We really appreciate you and hope to see you next time!

Lovely stay at this fantastic hotel, really comfortable rooms / beds. Very clean throughout and friendly staff. Great location and the resort fee that you pay can also be used to spend on food and drink at the hotel up to $20 per room per night. If we had to be critical, the hotel rooms are very old fashioned and need updating, I can see some communal areas have been updated but the rooms have not. Would recommend!
