Gets better every time!

Prnay C (Boston, Massachusetts) on Feb 06, 2025

I’ve been staying at this property yearly since around 2021. It’s been through a few rounds of renovation (and is still in progress), so it’s been a bit of a different experience every time. My most recent stay was absolutely stellar. The team really acknowledged my platinum elite status, upgrading me from the base room to a 1BR city view suite with two bathrooms in the tower building, and accommodating both an early check in and a late checkout. I had previously stayed in a 1BR suite in the Landmark building and I definitely prefer the suite layout in the Tower building instead. The brand new elite lounge (Westin Club, which used to be the old restaurant), is absolutely beautiful and a great place to hang out or entertain colleagues. I enjoyed the appetizer hour (which included free wine one of the evenings) and grabbing water, coffee, snacks, and soft drinks to take up to the room any time. They are still renovating Clock Bar and the grand lobby at the moment, which are the only downsides. The only bar they have open, the Tower Salon Bar, is nothing special and a far cry from how amazing the Clock Bar used to be. When the renovations are fully complete, the property will be leading the new era of hotels around the area. But even now, it’s pretty great! Highly recommend.

HMMMM Really?

Tony T on Feb 04, 2025

Stayed on a business trip with my daughter, the Hotel presents nice,But no real Vegan options and No Non Alcoholic Beers. the housekeeping don't make the beds they just throw the covers over and they wouldn't even pick up a pillow off the floor. My daughter was verbally abused in the elevator and it was reported to management and security....we were not informed of anything further but we saw the person around the hotel days latter ??????????
