The people at Body Holiday are so warm, welcoming and attentive to the guests’ every need. They even provided me daily with a quart of fresh almond milk in my room fridge, as I drink it for a medical condition. I’ve traveled much of the world and have never in my life experienced better service!

I spent the day with my husband at Body Holiday ....We were really impressed with the food , service from the staff ... It's all carefully put together ....really catered for my husband in terms of eatting healthy ...Thanks to the Body Holiday team ...Job well done !! ??

Just back from 2 weeks at our "second home" in the sun. As usual, the highlight is just how friendly all the staff are. A special mention for Dino's workouts, Rianna in the Spa and Neil the tennis coach. The biggest changes since our last visit are major upgrades to the food offerings in 2 of the 5 restaurants. The Pavilion used to be casual dining with a buffet most evenings, but now it's a la carte most nights with excellent quality food. The second is that the Wellness Cafe now also serves an excellent breakfast. Windows continues to offer fine dining at an excellent standard. The other two restaurants (Tao and Cariblue) need to up their game as the competitors are improving fast and might have already overtaken them in the daily competition for where to eat. We noticed a few of the public areas are looking a little tired, but we also saw several maintenance teams at work, so hopefully the management will get the resort back to perfection very soon.

Beyond expectations. Beautiful resort and amazing staff. Huge range of activities to choose from … or the choice to do as little as one wanted and just chill-out. Good section of restaurants and an equally impressive range of food. Delicious. The bars were also excellent, again a wide range of high quality beverages both alcoholic and nonalcoholic. Accommodation was excellent. Housekeeping was superb. Along with the natural beauty of the location, fantastic facilities and the choice of activities, it was the staff who really made everything so special. They were all attentive, friendly and determined to make our stay truly amazing and memorable. They succeeded.

It's just another day in paradise every day at Body Holiday, to paraphrase the Phil Collins song. I opted for the weeklong Wellness Retreat, which includes a variety of Ayurvedic therapies like Shirodhara, Udvartana, and the Bolus Bag Massage. I also signed up for the Lucian Ginger & Lime Scrub, which Natisha performed--it was one of my favorites. The package included an optimal health consultation with Dr. Maha, who performed a body composition analysis and made recommendations for me. I live in Arizona, and I go to a lot of spas, so I'm very discerning about them. I've been to Miraval, Canyon Ranch, Mii Amo, Red Mountain (Utah), Civana and others. Body Holiday is cutting edge, and I found it exceeded my expectations. The room was well appointed (no television), the food was sumptuous, and there are activities galore. I did the hike to Pigeon Island with Leah, a wine tasting with sommelier Keegan, and was a regular at the Piano Bar with virtuoso pianist Alfred. My advice is to go to Tao, a fusion of eastern and western cuisine. It has a marvelous ambiance, and the food is top notch. Also, I enjoyed doing the Infrared Red-Light Therapy daily (included in the package), with benefits such as relaxation, detox, pain relief, and improved circulation. If you are looking for an inspirational experience of wellbeing, Body Holiday is for you.
