Wow! What an adventure. My husband and I went to Body Holiday looking for exercise, the spa, the ocean and fantastic food/drink and that's exactly what we got. I'm already thinking of when I can return.

We visited The Body Holiday for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. You can do as much or as little as you like. The resort is beautiful and sunsets are spectacular. A lovely break away in the sun with friendly attentive staff. We will be back.

The resort is very relaxing, feels safe and offers plenty to do and a lot of relaxation and activities. How ever, some of the room and their maintenance needs to be seen to. And not having room ready after 4 PM, for something that should be routine maintenance. A shower jot working! Falling off the wall! And I was booked to have a room with a bath. This was rectified with room 406, after two nights. Not the best maintained room. Bathroom looking tired. And product bottles falling off wall and not easy to get to work, as attached!!!! to the wall. Imagine standing up out of a nice bath, twice for shampoo, once for conditioner and once for shower gel. Also bottles were filled up, but not set to open! So, just try to work them out! Are we not trusted guests in your very excellent resort. Do people really steel the bottles. Made me feel not trusted!

excellent resort. Friendly helpful staff, equally friendly bodyguards with personalized attention. Rooms however could be updated.

We were booked for a week starting Dec 14 travelling from NJ.. Unfortunately the day of, due to snow in NJ we missed our connecting flight to ST Lucia and our airlines couldn’t provide us a flight . We had no other option but to cancel. When I contacted the reservation office in Body Holiday they said they will cancel the reservation and forfeited all our payment. We had paid in full and they refuse to provide anything back. I understand that could penalize for a day , but to unfairly charge a week’s payment in full is unacceptable . We even offered to use our funds towards a future stay and they refused. Never experienced such rude and unfriendly behavior from any other vacation resort and we have travelled the world. Lady by the name of Genna was most disrespectful , instead of being empathetic ti our ordeal where our vacation was cancelled due to no fault of ours . Be careful of this place.
