Simply the best…we went to the Body Holiday to honour a very special member of our family who sadly is no longer with us. Jill made us promise to have this holiday as she loved her trips here. She had impeccable taste and from the minute we arrived we could see how wonderful it was. It’s pure bliss and a 10/10 experience in every way possible. The staff are so so lovely. Whoever is responsible for recruitment has certainly selected amazingly talented, skilled, warm and friendly folk. Everyone we met shone brightly. Too many to name as everyone so fabulous, treatment therapists, staff at all of the restaurants and bars, the enthusiasm of all of the staff at the wellbeing cafe was second to none and the breakfast was divine. All the activity staff/bodyguards are brilliant and add to new learning as well as fun, dancing, volleyball, cricket, fitness classes on the beach. Maya a wonderful yoga teacher. and person. Toby Maguire mindfulness classes-mind blowing. The water sport staff are just unbelievable and have tremendous patience, humour and skill. Johnnie, and Sherman we thank you with all of our hearts for making waterskiing, wake boarding and tubing happen for us in such a positive and fun way. Snorkelling here is awesome. We did some great boat trips and once again amazing staff, including Mel, Remford and a super Captain. The housekeeping was just so glorious. Janice was a superstar and was more like a friend to our daughter. The team are very kind, capable and warm souls. Food wherever you go is out of this world. The ITAL crew are wonderful, the chefs, the servers, Mariah is a star, Ronnie and Damian garden wizards with very big open hearts and wisdom. Theme nights ensure variety of food and the Middle Eastern night was joyful as was the local caribbean night on a Friday with steel band playing was divine. We are vegetarians and were in awe of the splendid variety. Thank you. The beach is heavenly and the staff great human beings who work so hard in the heat. Loved Kurtain, apologies for misspelling of name! Great time at the piano bar, Stephen a tremendous cocktail maker n shaker, O’Neil an absolute delight, lovely to talk too and we enjoyed singing along to the super pianist. We met so many guests who were very friendly and good company. Loved cocktails at the Firefly which is a wonderful Body Holiday Villa. Met all the managers and had already met Yhasmin the general manager as she was often around and really friendly. Everything runs like clockwork and not in a boring sense just super efficient and heaps n heaps to do. The treatments are magical, all our therapists brilliant and Irene and Trisha brought big smiles to my face, great therapists and brightened my day. Concierge on the ball and very gracious and friendly. Everyday was pure bliss, gorgeous sunsets, relaxing settings, new experiences and more than we could have ever imagined. All I can say is we will miss the Body Holiday but are grateful for a most unique experience and amazing holiday with so many happy memories. As a family, three from England and three from France we will be sharing lots of stories and good times for many years to come! As awesome as ever. Best holiday you can have. Staff, resort, ambience and general feel, is absolutely fantastic. Le Sport ticks every box. Luxury, like minded people, great food and drink and as many activities that you can shake a stick at. Highly recommended.

This was my sixth visit. I was delighted to see that many of the less than satisfactory issues experienced last year, when the hotel was still picking up the pieces post Covid, have been corrected. Yhasmine Remy-Hylton, the General Manager, has most certainly got a grip on the place, and it shows. A special mention must be made of the food which has improved out of all recognition, and is outstanding. The best asset remains the staff, who are all friendly and welcoming, no matter where they are working. I shall be back next year!

My partner and I loved this resort, and would definitely recommend for couples especially. Biggest positives: - The daily treatments are inclusive at this wellness resort, so a massage a day is included! (Just make sure to sign up on their portal BEFORE you go to make sure you get the treatment you want at the time you want. - All-inclusive resort with absolutely FANTASTIC food - hands down the best food at an all inclusive with the most variety, including many very healthy options. We loved the smoothies especially! Book the restaurants you want to reserve a time for ahead of time. - It didn't feel like there were "too many people" there. We always got a seat where we wanted and were able to do the things we wanted without feeling like it was crowded. - There were plenty of activities to do for those who do not want a relaxing vacation (which we did, so we didn't do too much on purpose!) including golf, tennis, archery, and water sports. - The views from the ocean view rooms were enough to make us not want to leave the balcony! But when we did we were steps from the beach at all times, including while eating, giving us breathtaking views. Some (manageable) negatives: - The treatments were at the spa, which was at the top of a very large hill with dozens of steep steps. It could be difficult to get to. - There are places here that are not handicapped accessible, though they do offer a cab service for further, out-of-the-way places. - The resort is at the literal opposite end of the island as the airport, so it takes at least 90 minutes by car to get there through the windiest roads imaginable. This is not for people who get car sick. - The staff is very friendly and helpful overall, but there were a few minor things that we asked for several times, or unexpectedly had to ask for, and never got them. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives at this gorgeous resort, so would definitely recommend!

EXCELLENT the staff are so courteous and there is an abundance of staff to guests. So many activities to choose from if you want to be kept on the go. The beach is beautiful with superb snorkelling. Treatments included within your stay excluding check in day and check out are some of the best we’ve had. Many returning guests speaks for itself. Will defo be coming back.
