I was able to take advantage of a Caribcation deal, and BodyHoliday surpassed my expectations. I 100% recommend, especially for a fitness-oriented traveler. There are so many activities geared towards not only being active but also having fun. I tried many new things. The icing on top are the complimentary services provided by the spa. In addition, the staff are all remarkably attentive, and a variety of food and drinks are available, mainly catering to healthy diets. The facilities have a rustic feel to them but are well kept. I went for four nights, and my only regret is that it was too short. ??

We had a fabulous time at the Bodyholiday.. This was our 7th trip to this resort & yet again it did not disappoint. The staff are all very friendly & welcoming & you feel any requests are no trouble. The food is great with plenty of choice of restaurants, all at a high standard. The beds are super comfortable, although our air conditioning unit was particularly noisy this visit. We missed the specific teas at turndown that they used to supply with a card to say this will aid sleep or your digestion etc which felt like your wellbeing was their true aim. Their new tea is fine but ordinary hotel fayre.They also no longer automatically top up your mini bar even with soft drinks which is unusual for a resort of this quality. There are so many numerous activities to do that everyone should be able to find something they love. It`s a great place to try something new, as complete beginners are well catered for. I tried paddleboarding for the first time & both my husband & I tried ballroom dancing classes. Curtis Pritchard is an outstanding teacher - extremely patient while making it great fun too. Myra is a fantastic Yoga teacher. I have rarely found such a good teacher in a resort & I thoroughly enjoyed her classes. The hardest part of this holiday is to take time out & not do too much ! The only downside of this resort is the journey there. It now takes 2 hours by taxi as the traffic is so bad( It used to take 1.5 hours max). Next time we will try the ferry which we were not aware of before this trip which should be quicker. It would be great if the Bodyholiday could provide a water transfer to & from the resort. We look forward to returning in the future.

Another fabulous holiday at the Body Holiday. The location, activities, food, drink and treatments are only excelled by the amazing staff members. A huge thank you to Garvey who worked tirelessly to recover a precious item that had been misplaced and to Zelda for her professionalism and smile. The Bodyguards were as fun as ever, particularly JC who helped make our holiday special. Genella in reservations could not have done more to help, as always. Thank you to Donel for the great sailing lessons. Gilly and Deyu ensured we were constantly pampered on the beach and Irene (just wow), Verna and Magdalen in the spa for their perfect pampering. And finally Kennisson - don't ever leave ! The only problem with the Body Holiday is that we never want to go anywhere else. Thank you guys for making it so special. See you next year.

I'm just back from my second visit to BodyHoliday. I had such an amazing trip in July 2023 that I was worried I'd be disappointed upon my return - but it lived up to my expectations and more! It's so easy to see why so many guests return year after year. A million fun activities, excellent food and drink, like-minded travelers - as a solo traveler it's very easy to meet people, everyone is so friendly and open. Thanks so much to the Bodyguards for making everything extra fun, with special shout-outs to JC, Denver, Darren, Quammie, Levanna, Mya, and last but not least, the one and only, legendary Deano! I am planning to visit annually at minimum and can't wait for my next trip. Thank you BodyHoliday for being such an awesome, memorable destination!

I am a single mother so I took my teenage daughter and her friend. The experience was amazing. The staff and service was impeccable. They are so friendly, helpful, and willing to serve. I fell in love with the staff. Everything was clean, The food was healthy and delicious. The girls were like how do they have the best desserts we have ever had? Getting massages everyday is such a treat, you can't go wrong with massages and facials. Lastly, the adventures, activities are endless. This was so nice I chose to focus on mindfulness, yoga, water sports. While my daughter and her friend like pickleball. Also, you meet friends from different regions and country. I can't say enough about this place. I don't see me going to another vacation beach resort it will have to be BodyHoliday every time! It's that FABULOUS!
