Our stay at Canadian owned Ports of Call Resort from April 7-April 14 was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with special shoutouts to Bernard and Sandy at the front desk and Justin of the beach staff. This was our third stay at this resort. The resort is not on the beach but there is a shuttle to transport you to and from the beach or a five minute walk if you prefer. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas set up to enjoy the great beach and beautiful aqua water. Because my wife and I have mobility issues we wish the loungers were higher and the umbrellas reached higher in the air to aid us. Turks and Caicos is very expensive so Ports of Call offers a budget friendly alternative and offers a continental breakfast which is very much appreciated. The resort is centrally located and the grocery store is a short walk away and offers an excellent selection of sandwiches for lunch and a great salad bar and hot meals for dinner if you don’t want to spend a fortune on meals. All in all we had a great vacation and would definitely return to Ports of Call.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Everyone is incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We are already planning our next trip back to Ports of Call.

Just got back from an amazing trip to Turks and Caicos staying at the Ports of Call Resort in Grace Bay beach. I would highly recommend staying at this resort. Very clean and updated rooms. The pool and hot tub are well kept and nice to relax and enjoy when you are not at the beach. The beach is spectacular! The resort provides beach chairs and umbrellas for guests. The resort also provides water sport activities such as kayaks and stands up paddle boards. The beach boasts soft white sand and the most beautiful turquoise clear water. You can enjoy a relaxing walk along the beach as it stretches for miles. We brought our snorkeling gear and there was so much to see in the reefs off the beach. Dolphins, sea turtles, rays, and a variety of tropical fish. A wonderful breakfast/brunch is provided daily with fresh fruit and baked goods as well as sausages, eggs, waffles and yogurt! This is an excellent value and I will be booking again in the future! Thanks Ports of Call Resort for a dream vacation!

Staff kept the hotel and pool spotlessly clean. Perfect location near the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Lovely breakfast, which we enjoyed by the pool. Coffee and pastries were available all day. Best pain au chocolate we have ever had!!Very relaxing holiday - can’t fault it

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Their effort shows in the condition of the property and the quality of the service. Beautiful spot, convenient to most things you’d want to do. A slice of heaven!
