The entire staff at the resort are very friendly. We had an issue with our A/C the first night so I went down to the front desk and within ten minutes he had us in different room right down the hall and we changed rooms the next morning. Not an issue. Our room was cleaned daily, and the grounds and pool were very clean. The walk to the beach was very easy, only about five minutes. Once on the beach they had plenty of chairs and umbrellas for everyone, and staff to help you if needed. We were there for eight days and enjoyed it all. Grace Bay is very walkable with many great places to dine. Never had a bad meal or bad wait staff. The breakfast at the resort was perfect for us to get the day going. I miss sitting by the pool having my coffee and breakfast. We would go back to Ports of call in a heart beat!! See you next year.

Friendly staff, friendly fellow resort guests, great pool, quick walk to a beautiful beach, comfortable beds. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend Caicos Cafe & The Patty Place. Very happy to have stayed here with my daughter!

Great value for the location. The walk to the beach is so easy and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I felt safe both at the resort and on the island in general. We were there when the resort wasn’t full/busy but it was quiet. The included breakfast was sufficient but there’s also so many great restaurants within a short walking distance. Definitely recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed our vacation! The hotel is small, clean and very close to the beach. Great location, many restaurants nearby and a supermarket where you can buy prepared food. Front desk Manager Agnieszka is very pleasant and helpful. She will go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable! We will definitely come back! Tomasz

This is our fourth time to this hotel, The rooms and breakfast area was totally renovated. Very clean and comfortable, walking distance to the beach, The staff are always smiling and willing to help (Reception,cleaning staff, kitchen staff and groundskeeper. I would totally recommend Ports of Call for your vacation to this beautiful island.
