Great location - only 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Rooms are clean & nice with the necessary amenities; outside noise was not noticeable. The price is average for the location - T&C is kinda expensive. The staff was amazing from the time we checked in for the entire stay. 'Shan' helped us get a driver for an excursion & Cortez makes great drinks. Breakfast was enough to start the day.
GREAT LOCATION

Ports of Call has a great location! Super close to grocery and shopping. Would definitely return. Breakfast was redundant but sufficient. You can check out on time and use their hospitality room to shower if you have a later flight and want to spend one more day at the beach. Good value for the price...similar to a Hampton Inn in the states.
Great vacation with a great location!!

We just arrived home from a wonderful week at Ports of Call. I must admit I was a bit underwhelmed at first but that changed rather quickly. Our room was updated and nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed with wonderful sheets. We had a balcony which I love and used daily. Breakfast was included and it was a good start to the day. The resort was very clean and the location was the best!! We walked everywhere and there are so many restaurants to choose from. A grocery store across the street was perfect to pick up lunches. The beach is about a 5 minute walk or grab the trolley if it is there. The reserved beach area was excellent and no problem with getting an umbrella and chairs. Loved the beach!! A big shout out to Watson who is a wonderful bartender and definitely a big part of the resort. We played Bingo and won many drinks. Also to all of the employees of the resort. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. We met so many friendly guests and we will be returning. Yes it would be nice to go to a big 5 star hotel but honestly this place has everything you need. It's small and more personal. Great place to relax!!
The good and the bad, some people are the problem!

Pros- +Location- amazing and close to everything +Poolside room- adequate and cleaned each day. We had the little porch area and it was nice to have. +Breakfast- it’s free so tough to complain, yes things run out but there was always something decent. We appreciated it. +Pool and hot tub- very nice furniture around area, continuously cleaned. + Beach area- beautiful, chairs and umbrellas provided. + Great to have pool table and shuffleboard, ping pong was broken but appreciate these other items available. Cons- These are such easy fixes so I am surprised they even go on for more than one negative review. People and hospitality can make or break a resort. -Bartenders- unfriendly to say least. There were 0 poolside activities the week we were there although 4 were advertised, the 5th is offsite fish fry and we went to that. The bartender was so rude to myself and child that I told management. Play bingo if it’s advertised and you have guests, no one is doing it for the nominal prizes. The other bartender gave me a beer, glass and opener for beer when I ordered. It was the only drink we ordered because with service like that, you aren’t getting any more of my money. - Beach attendants- never seemed to do much except sit on phone. We even gave a nice tip day one to set up chair and umbrella but that was only day it was done for us or that we were acknowledged. - The dryer really didn’t work and I know they were trying to fix. One solution was for us to take plug out and put back in. I almost electrocuted myself doing that! It was the worst shock I have ever had. The next morning the kind housekeeping staff dried my laundry.
Never again
