I had a great time at the hotel, the food was good, the drinks could be improved, the rooms were fine but the air conditioning was very hot, the staff was very friendly

As usual it was a magnificent time in this beautiful hotel. It was a great time once again and we are so happy for having chosen This Magnificent Hotel. We really love the team the wife and all the entertainment program organized for every customer in the hotel.

This time we came with our family, and the truth is that we were so happy and satisfied after the amazing service provided by this incredible team. Lovely resort with a really interesting entertainment program on the service at each restaurant and bar is simply outstanding. Likewise, we enjoyed the queue Monday so much as well as the opera show on Wednesday nights..

We enjoy five nights in this beautiful Hotel and the truth is that we felt like we were at home. Really?Nice service and even better staff that works so hard. This is by far one of the best hotels in the caribbean. We really love the vibe here.

We stayed at Memories Jibacoa in June 2025 and had an amazing experience! The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was good, with plenty of variety to keep things interesting throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. A special shoutout to the entertainment team, who were once again the highlight of our trip. Yendri and Marcos went above and beyond to keep everyone engaged and smiling—such incredible energy and talent! We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this resort for a fun and relaxing getaway!
