We had a very nice relaxing vacation. Great staff . Snorkeling sailing pickleball was all good. Bring your own paddles. Food was excellent for cuban standards. No shortages of food electricity or hot water. Highly recommend this resort in cuba!

This was our 18th visit to Memories Jibacoa. We love it. Great rooms, food, beaches and the most wonderful staff ever. Kiki in customer services is amazing, and you should go to Cuban Day and see him dance! Oralys lights up the lobby bar, Roger is great for Spanish practice on the balcony seating, and we love Ju Ju our room lady. Not forgetting all the water sports team especially Manuel & Pedro who are always very helpful.

Not sure where all these great reviews come from. This resort is extremely dated and run down. We paid for premium, when our room was ready our concierge didn’t even offer to take our bags or show us where room was. Our room had bugs on the ground and sheets were dirty. The food was horrible. We arrived Saturday afternoon and quickly left Sunday morning. Transferred the Melia International Varadero (far superior).

Where do I begin? We were at MJ late November into early December for approx. the 15th time. You are welcomed and treated the whole trip like family. Granted, there are shortages; but they do everything they can to make everything tasty and fresh....and with a smile. There are many people I would like to mention. Kiki who is always running, and does his absolute best to accomodate your wishes. Yennisy is in charge of Premier Club, which I highly recommend to spend the extra amount for. At the lobby bar, Daniel and Aurelis make the best drinks. Some of the reasons we come back is the quiet, relaxed, adult only atmosphere. Being a smaller resort; the staff are wonderful and extremely pleasant. You will not be disappointed.

This time we had a beautiful time together in Memories Jibacoa. Lovely time once again here. Superb service and even better staff. The best hotel ever. Thanks a lot. Happy 2026.
