Beautiful resort, comfortable rooms (1173), great customer service, meals were varied and well cooked ( fruits, veggies, seafood, beef, lamb, pastas, desserts, you name it...) Drinks were decent though ( but I was happy with my coffee and some days a good glass of wine). No complaints. 100% recommended ??

I was super impressed with this resort, the food and snacks were great, especially the snacks, the staff were absolutely fantastic no matter where you were if you needed so ethibg they got it. Smokes and cigars right on the resort for $1 a pack and the live music at dinner every night was amazing, the only reason I didn't give 4 stars was because in the third day I started to get bored, it is Cuba and there are a lot of restrictions! Go say hello to the tarantula

We loved this resort! The service, food and staff are outstanding. However, now there is a new sign at the entrance of the restaurant that prohibits bags or taking food out of the restaurant. Being an expensive and all inclusive hotel, this sign is disrespectful for the customers.

Beautifully maintained hotel. Top notch spa on-site, highly recommend the cuban couples massage. Staff are friendly and very helpful when you need assistance. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy to walk around the resort to the buffet, the ranchon or the beach.

This place is beautiful and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. Staff are amazing and treat you like family and the food was amazing. This is my third of visiting with my partner and we love it x
