We stayed at Memories Jibacoa in June 2025 and had an amazing experience! The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was good, with plenty of variety to keep things interesting throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. A special shoutout to the entertainment team, who were once again the highlight of our trip. Yendri and Marcos went above and beyond to keep everyone engaged and smiling—such incredible energy and talent! We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this resort for a fun and relaxing getaway!

It was an outstanding stay in Cuba with my amazing Cuban family. Simply memorable time. Lovely stay and superb service from the incredible lovely staff. we really loved it here and from now on we will be here.

Thanks a lot. We went to memories for the second time this year and yet again it didn’t fail us. Beautiful resort and incredible team. Fantastic staff after a blip on arrival the management couldn’t do enough to put it right, the food was amazing for the resources this countryhas. The morning hike for the second time this time and we took the longer way back to hotel met some amazing local people and see some amazing views, we spent the day In Havana and this is a must if u go to Cuba. Beach is clean and sea is warm and clean if u go snorkelling the fish are the best closest to shore.

Thanks Memories. Beautiful all-inclusive resort in Jibacoa with great ambiance and activities for all age groups. Very clean and nice. I stayed there from Jun 7-14 and it was simply awesome. Staff going way beyond to please everyone. They eventually did. Congrats to everyone. Lobby bar was absolutely amazing as well as the girls at El Ranchón and the entertainment team. Make sure to carry plenty of change in cash. Even 1-dollar tip goes a long way. Service and quality of food was good and in general this resort is worthy and recommended. We will return for sure.
