Probably the worst communication I’ve ever experienced from any hotel in the world. Pre arrival, we couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone. No maps of the hotel, so you have to call the front desk every time you want to know where anything is anywhere in the hotel. We had a dinner reservation at a restaurant there (made weeks in advance) and without telling anyone they closed it down entirely for a wedding and pushed every guest to a bar instead. Also “all inclusive” includes everything except all the best items on every menu, none of which are included (which of course they don’t tell you.) There’s not much to it other than the pools and the beach is unswimmable. No activities or excursions are offered (or if they were, they don’t tell you about them or advertise them or offer them freely) It’s very clean and the staff are very nice. The kids club is great. The food is good. Its definitely a great value, just really terrible and frustrating communication.

Loved our experience at Garza Blanca and their onsite restaurant Hiroshi restaurant. Every staff member here has been amazingly friendly and attentive. Truly amazed at how genuinely caring everyone has been to us during our stay. Would definitely return here for next visit to Cabo

We had the best time ! Everyone was friendly, attentive and professional! Highly recommend Hiroshi restaurant on the premises!! The wait staff, hostess and everyone working at Hiroshi are top notch!! The staff at pool side is amazing as well!

The resort overall was an amazing experience. The entire staff was so friendly attentive and made my stay here incredible. All the restaurants were amazing but my favorite one was Hiroshi restaurant hands down the octopus was top tier and the whole staff was perfection from the hosts to our waiter Guillermo.

The food at Hiroshi was amazing. Our server Guillermo gave us great recommendations. We had palomitas de camarón, mango special roll, combination arroz frito mixto, pulpo a la parrilla y la pesca del día. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent. The restaurant is right in front of the beach. Beautiful view. The manager Enrique was cordial and checked on us to ensure we had a great experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
