If the only reason one would rate a resort was the room and the room alone you would get 5 stars but for the price there is a expectation that the service, quality of food, cleaning, resort amenities, kids activities, dining and entertainment would be top notch. It wasn’t- the room was never fully clean and turndown service was non existent as this should be standard. There was very little entertainment for adults at dinner or even by the pool and for any children under the age of 4 - nothing??? This part was the most upsetting to us - there should be an area where adults can sit with a toddler and let them play with leggos, toys, a small playground honestly anything to keep them engaged and entertain. The kids pool was special and amazing and the only reason why I’m not rating 1 star. The other big ticket item is you have some beautiful restaurants that are just showcases for nothing - why not offer a fancy sit down breakfast or lunch at an extra charge? I would have paid extra every day to not deal with the embarrassing mess you call a breakfast buffet - the food was not good and the staff were rude expecting more from your resort staff to at least be polite to us during breakfast. The last item is what horrible decision from Managment at Taffer resorts to not price the spa with reasonable prices for spa services it was beyond expensive and not worth it - big miss from your company…

Our stay was awesome! Ishmael and Israel were the absolute best by taking care of us on the pool rooftop. The service, food, room and everything was amazing!

Lovely resort, delicious food, wonderful staff. We opted for the all-inclusive package which paid for itself in meals. The breakfast buffet was my favorite; so many hot, cold, classic, and Mexican options. Bocado's steakhouse was tasty and also employed our favorite staff member, Oscar. I'm still dreaming about the himachi at Hiroshi, and the pool food and room service meals were good, too. This was by far the best food I've had at an all-inclusive resort and I've been to many. Overall resort vibe is relaxing. Music plays by the family-friendly and rooftop pools but not loud enough to feel like you're at a club. The adults only rooftop area is a nice break from kids but the family friendly area has so many pools, it isn't hard to find a more quiet spot. Facilities are clean and with the property being only a few years old, modern. I'm not a fan of the artificial orange tree and found the hallway art disjointed from the rest of the property but also who cares? I wasn't there to review decor. Our bedroom suite was fantastic. Lots of space, two bathrooms, and washer/dryer stack. (We returned with clean clothes!) Last note is regarding location. We were looking for a destination where we could stay put so Garza Blanca was perfect for us. Folks interested in spending a healthy amount of time in town will need to use taxis or Uber to get around.

Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Los Cabos- Cabo San Lucas..Los Cabos is a very beautiful property at Cabo San lucas. It was on a beachfront with an ocean view.. the property it is come the best location .all inclusive facilities was cordially greatful..the large infinity pools at the beachfront surrounds by a Palm trees together with a pool view heated pool and besides that theres a rooftop pool up the hotel and overlooking an ocean view with a beautiful Nature is verywell fined. This upscale luxurious hotel is perfect spot for relaxation with a fsmily vacation..there's no douht almost there you need! Everything..and also has so many activities to offer. Fun for kids and visitors riding with a camel. Riding a bus for tour. Biking for rentals. And a beautiful for dating. It was a wonderful. Views very lovely place spacious ckean. And cozy rooms and bed. Food and drinks: the chief was serving you the best quality of foods cuisine like a mexican grill steak house and great wine and champagne so tsty foods and drinks.. Enjoy to stay or vacation with the resort in Los Cabos ! Staff was so helpful and a kot of patience...all over the place is a beautiful place in the world...
