This was such a horrible experience. I tried to deal with this internally and 2 days later no response from the Customer Service manager. - Room had black mold and we had to request a room change that took over 24 hours that aggravated our asthma. One night they ran out of ice… it’s a Caribbean island how do you run out of ice. We were here to celebrate 3 birthdays not one room got a ribbon. When it rains the entire place is a slip hazard. Only half of the service was friendly . We asked for turn down service got it 2 nights out of 7. The entertainment information is never right we missed most of the shows. They don’t cater to elderly we had a group waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle in the dark getting eaten by mosquitoes. Also elderly guests were forced to go to their room 5 times before they fixed the entry key. Unfriendly staff that literally yawn in your face. Always kissing their teeth and rolling eyes z Televisions not updated or working half the time so you have no clue. I have traveled all over never had a terrible experience like that.

This is our 4th different Royalton resort. This one is the largest and very beautiful. We had excellent service in the diamond club. Our butler, Rodwin was outstanding and took care of all of our needs, reservations, and trip planning for us. The Spa staff was awesome! Entertainment needs improvement but that is all, food was also very good. They do need to make sure all fans in the restaurants are working to help with the flies and air circulation while you are enjoying your meals.
