The worse experience ever!! Went on a girls trip for memorial weekend and out of our 3 night stay we had to stay in 2 different rooms. One rooms was very dusty and dark, the shower sprayed out like an elephants trunk, there was a lizard and a roach on the floor. Second room flooded and wet up all my belongings. We mentioned to the front desk reps and made sure to tell them to put notes on the account. We were harassed by security multiple times and one of the security guard actually said her coworker sent her to harass us. No resolution on follow up. NOOOO SWIM UP BAR so be prepared to fall on your face from slipping coming from the bar to the pool. They don’t have any waters or liquor in your room. Just a water bottle that you fill up at water stations like an elementary school child. The food was mid. They reel you in with false advertisement with the photos. We paid too much to end up in the hood side in which they did not have any pictures on the site showing those rooms just the nice rooms. You don’t get a robe, not even a slipper. They also had us waiting at a bus stop for the jet ski company and they told us we would get into a jeep and it was actually a pick up truck. ANYONE COULD OF KIDNAPPED US at a bus stop in swimwear. Overall trip was a bust. Once we reached out to management to discuss all the notes and the experience they then lied and had the wrong notes on file. I am still currently going back and fourth with this resort..DO NOT DO IT!!!! Only reason it’s a 1 rating because I couldn’t post wit a “0”

What a mess! So many issues. 1. The room did not have a functioning phone. Complained 4 times with no resolution. Finally after I had to walk to the front desk in the rain during a tropical depression demanding action or another room they gave me another room. (Had to make an international call on my cell phone to call the front desk). 2. the new room… did not have hot water! Only Luke warm - at this point I’m leaving tomorrow and I’m just ready to get the hell out of here. I paid over 500 dollars per night and did not get the service I obtained from a holiday inn. The food … meh The restaurant rolls were not heated and hard. The grouper was obviously reheated and passable only. Saw a bird eating watermelon at the fruit station and no one took action…an animal was eating the food at the fruit table… let that sink in… there were also flies landing on the fruit… I have been to multiple all inclusive resorts on different Caribbean islands and this was by far my worst experience…by a long mile. I will never come back and for sure will not go to Divi resorts. The thing that really ticks me off was the passivity and no attempt to resolve my issue until I told them the situation was not acceptable. I do not leave reviews in general unless really good or really bad so the fact that I am taking the time to write this review says a lot. I paid thousands of dollars for this trip and I can not relay how disappointed I am with this experience. Never again. This is a true review with no exaggeration only facts.
