We visited Crystal Cove Resort from July 6-10 for a relaxing vacation. The room was very clean, with a nice view of the ocean. While the overall place could use some updates, it is still very nice. I was informed that they are planning to upgrade the resort. The beach was very clean, and the staff were always available to help us. The dining and drinks were decent. However, we are not big eaters. The staff we interacted with were simply amazing—very helpful and always ensuring we had what we needed. When the airline lost our luggage, they made sure to ask how they could assist us. Special thanks to Shaqueen, Richard, Tea, and the rest of the team whose names I didn't get a chance to learn. We will definitely return after the renovations. Thank you to the team for this relaxing time.

What a fantastic hotel. The staff are all so amazing, kind compassionate and could not do enough to help you. Best service from a hotel I have ever experienced. Rarg G the manager is the best accommodating person I have met. I can not praise this hotel enough. Highly recommend to everyone.

My stay at Crystal Cove in June 2024 was such an amazing experience. I have stayed in a few hotels over the years, but the people here, the warmth, the feeling of being welcomed, the way the staff go overboard to meet our needs was second to none. The food was continuous, all inclusive with bar and cafe for those in between snacks and drinks. My special thanks goes to all the staff that made my solo trip not feel like a Solo trip. Whilst I can not remember all names, I will like to thank Richard the Manager, Lisa in Concierge, Michael in The Restaurant, Marlene the Cleaner, Alison in Vista, Margaret that arranged yam and salt fish for me, Azzaria, Joel and David at the Water Sport. Thanks goes to Zion, Hazel etc. my memory has failed me to remember all names, but I see your faces, all of you at Drifers, Reflections, thank you for all your toil in make sure we had a great stay. Finally thank you to the ladies that spray my room every night so that mosquitoes that make a meal of my body.????

The hotel is NOTHING of what you see on their website and pictures!! There are roaches and, wild crabs in the rooms!! There is mold all over the showers! The beds and pillows are HARD AS ROCKS!! The pools are full of ALGAE!! And should not be swam in! The lounge chairs and cushions are full of mold!! The bridge fell and a little girl got hurt!!
