The O2 Beach Club & Spa has advised the Sunrise Building will be closed beginning September 1, 2025, through to October 8, 2025, for enhancements to guestrooms and an elevator installation. To accommodate this renovation, the Brisa bar, lounge and pool and the Oasis lounge and bar will be temporarily closed.
The resort has made the following adjustments to guest amenities, experiences and services to remain fully operational during the renovation period:
- Afternoon Tea will be served daily in the tranquil setting of Elements Secret Garden.
- The Brisa Tapas Menu will be available on select evenings at the Sun Terrace.
- A selection of gym equipment will be relocated to a convenient temporary location.
- Lunch will be served in either Bluefin or Elements.
- Each evening, guests will have at least two dining options, including an à la carte experience.
Renovation noise will be minimal, and all efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

A Luxurious Escape at The O2 Beach Club & Spa

Our stay at O2 Beach Club & Spa was exceptional! We booked the Luxury Ocean View Swim-Up Suite for June 23rd-27th, and the suite exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and always eager to help. The resort offered a wide range of delicious dining options, and the amenities throughout the property were top-notch. We also appreciated the complimentary airport transportation, which made our arrival and departure seamless. The driver (Anthony) was waiting right outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name. When we wanted to explore the island or book excursions, the front desk team took care of everything throughout the week, making the experience completely stress-free. Overall, our trip to the island of Barbados was unforgettable, and The O2 Beach Club & Spa played a major role in making it so. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing Caribbean getaway.

This hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Apparently, they pride themselves on having friendly and helpful staff. I experienced that mostly from John. He is a fantastic "happiness ambassador". Shakira and Shantel were warm and welcoming. Barbados is full of beauty and culture and O2 is a nice place to be as you experience the island
