Brilliant experience WONDERFUL staff

The staff here are brilliant, so welcoming and always available and willing to help and to have lovely conversations. Certain staff have made our stay particularly wonderful these are: Carolann, Khalid, Ronaldo, Rushell and Shamar This place is amazing. The food is delicious, the rooms are beautifully kept and the overall vibe is so lovely to be a part of. I would recommend O2 Beach Club to anyone looking for an extra special holiday in Barbados

I only gave 4/5 due to one flaw, the entertainment. I was surprised that there's no music or TV's around the bar or pool area. It doesn't need to be loud or intrusive but it would bring guests and staff together. Also, the evening entertainment is below par; Firstly, the entertainers are not great. Secondly and most importantly, the stage area and the entertainers are totally disconnected from the audience. There's a couple of chairs and tables to the side of the performance area but that's it. Consequently, the gap between the performers and audience is 10-20 metres with no seating. Why not, put tables and chairs in front of the stage? And provide table service? This would improve the experience ten-fold and make this a 5/5 hotel. However, the staff are amazing, especially Beco. My main moan is regardimg most of the guests and their refusal to tip the staff for their great customer service; shame on them. All in all, visit this hotel, a simple entertainment fix and it's 5/5.
