The O2 Beach Club & Spa has advised the Sunrise Building will be closed beginning September 1, 2025, through to October 8, 2025, for enhancements to guestrooms and an elevator installation. To accommodate this renovation, the Brisa bar, lounge and pool and the Oasis lounge and bar will be temporarily closed.
The resort has made the following adjustments to guest amenities, experiences and services to remain fully operational during the renovation period:
- Afternoon Tea will be served daily in the tranquil setting of Elements Secret Garden.
- The Brisa Tapas Menu will be available on select evenings at the Sun Terrace.
- A selection of gym equipment will be relocated to a convenient temporary location.
- Lunch will be served in either Bluefin or Elements.
- Each evening, guests will have at least two dining options, including an à la carte experience.
Renovation noise will be minimal, and all efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

Don’t hesitate to book! It is a beautiful resort. From check in, everything in between to check out, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Staff were kind and fun. They go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. If they don’t know something, they track it down and ensure you find what you’re looking for. The food was all very good. Plenty of options for lunch. I do wish they had more finger/easy bites if you don’t want a sit down dinner or a snack late night. The pool and beach service was a nice perk. It was one of the cleanest resorts. Pools were never crowded and it was never hard to find a chair or towel. Smaller resort than something like a sandals but we preferred this because everything was easily accessible.

My wife and I can’t fault the place. Superb suite and amenities, first class staff (special shout to Joshua, Jamal, Nikita and Merisa but all are excellent), outstanding views and food to die for. It truly is 5 star thank you for having us and making our stay so pleasurable.
