Surprise Fees

This is a lovely location and recently renovated space but the total cost was higher than quoted at the time of the reservation because of not insignificant surprise fees, applied each night for each room like marketing fee, facility fee, etc.

Nice hotel. Clean and friendly staff, Don't know if you can sit by pool without buying drinks/food. They ask you for a reservation before you go in.

Staff hardly interacted, fire alarm & evacuation took place in the middle of the night for no emergency, pool is not roof top like advertised, it’s on the lobby floor, just outdoor.

Booked through Hotels.com based on averagem price per night and upon checkout the cost of the stay was inflated by at least $500.

Nice hotel in city centre, a bit pricy but great rooms. We were not allowed in the pool because we needed a reservation. Never heard of that. If you are not a guest you can pay and get in before hotel guests.
