My son just graduated from high school and was looking forward all year to a graduation trip with his friends that I promised him to commemorate their accomplishment. I really wanted to make his trip memorable and special for him. Hotel Arts ‘understood the assignment’ lol and went above and beyond upgrading his room, writing a hand written congratulations note, having homemade chocolates and fruit waiting and treating them all like kings. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated what they did for my son and how excited they were to join me in making them feel special and celebrated. Thank you Hotel Arts and your wonderful staff! You made the boys feel that the whole world is cheering for their success as they start their next chapter! Beautiful acts of kindness!

People at the reception are funny, helpfull and knowledgeable. Appreciated. Rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. All you need. We were there with a car and the underground garage was convenient and safe. Laundry was done and all clean and fresh, ready for the next days of travel. We took two times the breakfast and it was good, excellent. And, the lady / waitress was really good, a smile, a short talk, she did it.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was very nice with a city view and a balcony. Daily housekeeping was a plus. Location was good and the underground parking garage was convenient. Would definitely stay here again when I’m Calgary. Would recommend.

A one night stay before heading up to Banff. It is a clean , comfortable hotel, modern design. It is a good central location. There is a nice outdoor pool good bar service but the main bar closes down somewhat early.

I stayed at Hotel Arts for two nights while at a conference in Calgary. Room: The room was clean, new and a great value. There was an adequate work space and the wifi worked properly. Location: The hotel is conveniently located to most places you would want to walk to. Lobby/service: Lovely art works in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food: I did not try the restaurant as it seemed to not be seating guests when I wanted to eat. There is a very good pizza-by-the-slice shop a half block away, a Subway sandwich shop, and various other better than normal fast food places. Pool: I did not use the pool but thought I'd mention it because the pool area is visible from the lobby. So strange.
