Major disappointment!

The main reason I booked this hotel was because they advertised a beautiful indoor pool and deck area with fire tables, lounges, drinks…Without warning this was all closed. I flew to Calgary to have a few days with my daughter. We were looking forward to just hanging out together in what I thought would be a resort-like atmosphere. They were so booked up with conferences that I wound up in a room overlooking a demolition site. I would have booked at a different hotel had I known. The one tiny saving grace is that the staff are lovely.
Butt Plug

Found a butt plug in our room from previous guests. We always check for bed bugs (found none) but found the butt plug instead

I enjoy this hotel. Centrally located staff are excellent. Food is great. I have stayed here many times for business pleasure and always feel safe, clean and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Best sleep I have had in awhile. Loved the unique decor and fabulous art throughout the hotel. The vibe of the hotel was amazing and the atmosphere welcoming. Staff looked after us very well and I will be back in the future. Thank you!

I would recommend this hotel . The rooms are comfortable and spacious , the pool area is wonderful as is the happy hr drinks and delicious food . Free parking is a bonus . I would stay again !
