Staff hardly interacted, fire alarm & evacuation took place in the middle of the night for no emergency, pool is not roof top like advertised, it’s on the lobby floor, just outdoor.

Booked through Hotels.com based on averagem price per night and upon checkout the cost of the stay was inflated by at least $500.

Nice hotel in city centre, a bit pricy but great rooms. We were not allowed in the pool because we needed a reservation. Never heard of that. If you are not a guest you can pay and get in before hotel guests.

Would highly recommend the Arts Hotel in Calgary. Lovely big room & comfortable stay in a great location.

The only thing better than the property and amenities are the staff. We have been twice and on our second visit they remembered us and went out of their way to check in and interact with us.
