Everything was so great. The nature, the vibes, the whole atmosphere , I honestly fell in love with life again just being there. ??? I’ve been super burned out with life and work lately, so deciding to visit a friend and stay here was hands down the best decision ever. It was also my first time checking into a hotel, and wow… such a good experience. Everyone was so welcoming, and the staff were incredibly kind. Big shoutout to the front desk , super friendly, patient, and always ready to help with my questions. I really, really love this place, especially because I’m such a nature person. The views, the fresh air, the calm energy , it just hits different. Definitely a place that heals your soul and makes you appreciate life again. ????

Overall the hotel was a nice experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean with all amenitites and they even had 3 hottubs! My main qualm with the Lake Louise Inn, therefore the 3 star rating, was that the room was a SAUNA. We opened all windows, turned the thermostat off and were still sweating. I understand the desire to keep an establishment warm during the cold months but this was extreme. Due to this, it made the stay far less enoyable.

Stayed 4 nights over the American Thanksgiving Weekend. Was a quick visit to ski at Lake Louise ski resort. Location for access to skiing was great, a quick drive up the mountain they also have a bus service (did not use). Pool was lovely and warm; 3 hot tubs and shower facilities were so clean. have a great little spinning machine to get excess water out of swim wear. We ate at both restaurants for our evening meal, food and service was excellent. Asked if we could have a microwave in the room, it was delivered in 5 minutes. Our power blew in the bathroom (our fault) maintenance fixed it promptly. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially the gentleman from Manchester who we had the pleasure of being served by at both restaurants and the maintenance man (sorry did not get their names). It was perfect for what we needed. If we had more than 3 days there, I would probably get a bigger room.

We had a great stay, and the room attendants who cleaned our room, Prakash from Nepal and Sujeet were wonderful - The room was spotless. Thank you!
