Le Blanc Cancun is a major disappointment.

Got here yesterday, for our 2nd visit, because we loved it here so much last year. Dinner at Blanc last night was awful, (bad service and small portions), but tonight at Lumiere was way worse. We had an 8:30 reservation, and at 10:25, when our waiter told us there was a back up in the kitchen, because there was a big party at another table, and our dinner still wasn’t ready, we left. When we left, there wasn’t a big party at Lumiere or at Blanc, so we were lied to. In any case, there’s no reason to wait 2 hours for your main course to be served. For $1000+ per day, we won’t be coming back. We feel like we made a big mistake coming back here. Lots of other miscues and downgrades in the service since last year. Don’t waste your money coming here. They’re living off their reputation, at this point. We still have 4 days left here, but I wish we spent our time and money elsewhere.

Beautiful place. Great food and drinks. Excellent service!!! Our butler was top notch. His name was Kohtan and he was great!! He went over and above to take care of us. The app was very easy to use. The spa was amazing!!! We will definitely return.
