Such an amazing stay with great service. Food was fantastic and everyone was very attentive to your needs. It is more expensive than a normal all inclusive but you get what you pay for and it is definitely worth the price and then some!! 10/10 reccomend

My fourth stay at this hotel!!!... The hotel facilities, the food, but above all the SERVICE are exceptional. I will talk more about the service because it’s the biggest asset that they have. All the people who serve you make you feel that you are their priority. I have so much to thank the staff for, that I must leave a review by name: Butlers: Eder, Brito and Angeles; His attention to detail was magnificent. They made my stay easier by taking care of schedule dinners, fill minibar with everything I like and reschedule my transportation. They went beyond giving me information about the shows and daily activities. Thank you thank you thank you!! Gym: Michelle, your aqua spinning class was so fun!! Beach staff: Hernando and Juan (lifeguards), Cristian, Esteban, Emmanuel, Rafael, Jesus. Thank you for taking care of us everyday. Your attention, attitude and smile made our stay memorable. Pool: Daniel (Luna Bar) and Lucinda. Everyday you made us feel unique!! What a wonderful staff, what refreshing to chat with you. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Blanc Restaurant: Nancy, Erick and David. Starting every day with your kindness and smile was a pleasure. Thank you for all the care you took in every detail. To chefs Andres and Armando, you made us feel special. Thank you for preparing AMAZING dishes specially for us... You’re the best!! Terraza restaurant: Hilario and Victor, you were so attentive, friendly, pleasant on each of the days we visited you. Thank you for all your great service...
