Relaxing at the LeBlanc

The hotel was beautiful the decor was stylish and elegant. The pool areas were nice and relaxing. Pool service attendees Henry was attentive to our needs and Yessica gave a really nice massage in the pool area. The Spa services were incredible.
Outstanding Luxury – Truly the Best of the Best

We recently stayed at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun and it was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The à la carte restaurants were absolutely incredible – my personal favourites were Lumière and Bella, both offering exceptional, high-quality, freshly made food. Even the lunchtime buffet was a standout, which is rare. The chocolates and pastries, made daily, were out of this world – a real treat every day. The spa was a real highlight for both of us. I enjoyed several treatments that were incredibly relaxing, and my husband loved the hydrotherapy sessions. Pure indulgence from start to finish. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel pampered. A special thank you to Lucie, the Luna pool attendant, and all of the amazing butlers on floor 4 – your service was exceptional. The hotel is spotless – I’ve never stayed anywhere so immaculately clean. Towels were changed twice a day, and the evening turndown service was always a welcome touch after a full day in the sun. You really don’t have to lift a finger – you’re treated like royalty from the moment you arrive. The location is also ideal, just 25 minutes from the airport and with a few small shops within walking distance. The only downside to our stay was a situation involving my husband’s sunglasses and hat, which were taken from the pool bar while he was swimming. Although this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it did take around 18 hours to review CCTV footage, which caused some stress. That said, once the footage was reviewed, the hotel staff identified the guest involved and followed up promptly. Despite this minor issue, I can honestly say we were sad to leave and we will absolutely be returning. I would recommend Le Blanc to anyone looking for a luxury, all-inclusive escape where you are truly cared for in every way.
