What a great vacation! The stars of the show were certainly the staff members. Jesus took such excellent care of us on the beach. He went above and beyond every day, accommodating all allergies, getting food from other restaurants, and being there whenever we needed something. And just generally a great guy. Our butlers Antonio and Jose repeated that experience, they assisted with changing reservations and spa appointments and making sure we felt very well taken care of. Also Galilea, Esteph and Peppe were just lovely and helping us create the perfect membership for more vacations going forward. We had excellent dinners every night, I would eat in any of those restaurants if they were here in my hometown. Thanks to the whole team!

This was my fourth stay at Le Blanc Cancun and I can honestly say it never lets me down. I am a meeting planner so tend to travel often and this hotel has become my absolute favorite. I recently took my family there for a vacation and it was perfect. A special thanks to Enrique Chan for helping make our stay spectacular. Enrique is welcoming, helpful and professional and it is a true pleasure to know him. Our butlers, Santiago and Luis, helped us with literally anything we needed and always with a smile. The hotel is maintained meticulously, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is happy, the food is delicious, the pool is gorgeous, the entertainment was perfect ... why go anywhere else?

We had a wonderful week at Le Blanc Resort in Cancun. We were assigned a room on floor nine with views of both the ocean and the lagoon. Our two butlers (Marco and Joel) were always available to make our stay truly enjoyable. Lizabeth took care of our large room every day with a beautiful smile. All of the staff is great. We especially enjoyed Jessica, our hostess at Blanc. She was GREAT! Don't miss the band that plays once or twice a week in Cavo.

The best vacation I’ve ever taken. Our butlers Santiago and Luis were so sweet, funny, and helpful. A special thanks to Enrique Chan for making our trip so special and Tomas for fantastic service at our private dinner. The location is beautiful and the staff all went above and beyond. I can’t wait to come back!
