Sara rocks. And Maria la tabsco from the buffet is amazing. The entertainers make it fun by the pool ! Clean resort. Food is alright beach is great. Staff are good. Music. Ishhh And they will send Ed his wallet ;) El chipo across the street is amazing

One of our favorite, low key resorts! If you love beach, beauty and incredible staff, this place is for you. It's no frills, but can't beat it for the cost. Rooms are comfy and clean, and I've slept like a rock every night. Food is consistently decent, but the highlight is truly the service as the staff is friendly and remembers you mostly because of the modest size of the resort. I can't say enough great things about the staff in First Club/Santa Rosa; especially Omar, Luis and Alfredo who are fantastico! We came back to this resort because of a previous trip that was amazing, and our friendship with previous First Club manager Alberto (who we loved), and we were not disappointed with the treatment from his replacement Eileen (who was so gracious and accommodating) We made amazing family memories here, and look forward to returning again in the future!
