The CLUB is worth it

After visiting this resort for five years in a row, we decided to commit to the Club. Thanks to great service led by John Hernandez and his amazing team, we took this resort to the next level. We are looking forward for family trips for a long time!

Had a wonderful 7 days . First week of January and had great weather with only a couple days of rain for a short period. Resort was super clean and well managed. Internet was excellent all throughout the resort. Our concierge Alonso was excellent and took very good care of us and attended to our every need. Was super knowledgeable of the island and gave us lots of options to access activities outside the resort. Alonso really went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely be back as we know we’ll be looked after to ensure we have a great vacation!

Christian, our concierge, is a sincere and knowledgeable gentleman. The employees at this resort are top notch. I think you will enjoy your stay.

Hotel is ok but the stand out from our trip was our concierge Mario. He was so friendly and helpful, he managed everything for us that we needed. Definitely ask for him to be your concierge!
