Came to dive. Dressel Divers were great, professional service. Great dives. Been to Coz many times, but this is our first time at the Iberostar. Food and service at the bars & buffet were top notch, no complaints.

Had a great trip to the Iberostar Waves Cozumel. The food was delicious. Rufino was great at helping us set up a snorkel tour that picks us up right at the dock at the resort. Would stay here again

Truly an awesome place and experience, the whole family had an amazing time. Love the wild life, the groomed grounds, the food, the service, we all felt very well taken care of.

Iberostar waves cozumel has been such a fun resort to spend our vacation at. The staff here has been above and beyond friendly and attentive to anything we needed. I had a medical situation and they helped me through the process to get the medication I needed, shoutout to Cynthia! We loved the pool games and entertainment every night. The drinks were great and they are not stingy with alchohol. I wish I remembered all of the staff names because they were ALL wonderful. We enjoyed talking to Mario, he gave us some great ideas for places to see when we come back. The only downsides to the resort is that the rooms are pretty basic, very clean, but not fancy at all, and the food didn't blow our minds. It was ok, like a 7 out of 10 (besides the Smokehouse, it was a 10/10). Overall this resort was great with beyond beautiful landscaping! We would definitely come back:)

Really lovely stay, this is a beautiful complex of chalets with a number of all inclusive restaurants. The beach is just lovely with a pier where the diving boats dock. So many fish it’s truly unbelievable. All the staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful all the time, and the buffet food was really nice with different themes every night. The dive centre is also amazing, really well organised with different dives every day. The only issue was that the chalets did smell a little damp, symptom of being so close to the beach. Overall though this is an amazing place to stay!!
