We had a great time at iberostar wave cozumel. Our concierge Rufino was great , if you need anything to make your stay even more memorable Rufino is there for you. He's a great guy. Would recommend 100% . 10/10 for Rufino

Our family (Mom, Dad, and two adult kids) were on a Celebrity cruise last week that stopped in Cozumel. None of the ship excursions seemed unique to us, so we booked a day pass at Iberostar through Resorts for a Day. WOW!! We absolutely loved the resort. The ladies at the desk were lovely and so helpful. They explained everything in detail and were kind in answering our questions. We had access to everything in the resort for the day. The food was excellent, the drinks were great, and the pool was our favorite. Unfortunately it was a short day in port. But, my family agreed that this is a resort we would like to come and stay at. Wish we could have spent more time! But, thank you Iberostar for our favorite day of our cruise!!

Very friendly staff. Jordan - concierge, Alvaro and David- pool bar, Ruth - room service were all attentive, outgoing, and offered great hospitality. This is our sixth stay at an Iberostar resort and it never disappoints.

Amazing atmosphere, amazing people, great service, great food! We’ve come here at least 5 times and brought family or friends with us and everyone has all good things to say about it, truly a must stay if you’re coming to Cozumel!

As an Iberostar paraiso Lindo guests in Playa del Carmen, we had the privilege to visit the Iberostar Waves in Cozumel. The resort is lovely with their cabana's accommodations that blend into the scenery. The pools are close to the beach too. I really appreciated the fact that they offer water exercises.
