We enjoyed our stay at WAVES. The scuba diving was fantastic and the resort is centrally located near all the best reefs. The resort staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were good. The rooms were a little rustic but clean and nice. Our concierge, Natalie was a great help. Guest services were attentive to our needs. Manolo, the yoga instructor was a very good instructor. Reyes made great drinks at the beach bar. Juan, Jose, Carlos, Wendy, Maria, Jorge made our stay a good one.

The best resort ever. My husband and I have stayed at this resort numerous times. We go back every year. The staff,cleanliness, food, activities, bars, theaters, concierge service, excursions. All five stars on everything. We love it…..

We traveled as a couple. We had a garden room and it was very quiet and peaceful on the grounds. The beach is pretty and does have rocks. Make sure to bring water shoes. The dive shop has an intro discovery scuba adventure you can sign up for if you have not ever been scuba diving, or it has been a really long time, this is a wonderful experience. We had never been scuba diving until we went here. We loved it. The rooms are clean and have everything that you need. There is not any plastic bottles allowed so you need to use the glass water bottles provided. The food was average to this type of all inclusive resort in Mexico. The best part is the beach bar and beach snack shack . You can get burgers, hot dogs, fries etc.. that was nice, and the drinks were good. We met many friendly people. This resort has a lovely jungle beach vibe. We loved all the birds and flamingos hanging out on the property. We would go back to this resort in the future.

A beautiful hotel on the most gorgeous island! The most friendly staff (great entertainment team including Gerry!). We loved the food too. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you enjoy snorkeling or scuba diving and sea kayaking

Had a fantastic week at Iberostar Cozumel! Beautiful site, lovely rooms, friendly staff. Entertainment team were super fun and we enjoyed their games/ shows, particularly Gerardo was excellent at coordinating the games! I love the place!!
