Beginning September 2, 2024, Curacao Marriott Resort will embark on an expansion of the Salty Iguana Kitchen. During this transformation period, Salty Iguana will be temporarily closed, with an expected grand reopening in early December.
During the Salty Iguana renovation, C-Spice will continue to serve dinner options and will also be opening for lunch,
Additionally, Zala Gastro Lounge, Izakaya Sushi Bar, Papiamentu Market Place, and Room Service will also be available.
This enhancement work will take place daily from 9 AM to 5 PM.
While there may be some occasional noise, the main beach will remain open.
For guest seeking a more serene escape, the hotel will be offering complimentary shuttle service to the nearby Pirate Bay Beach during these hours, as well as covering the cost of a beach bed.
The adult lap pool will also be available.

Another great experience and warm hospitality at this beautiful and well maintained resort. Good Bonvoy status recognition, beautiful beach and very functional rooms facing white sand coves and turquoise water. Good restaurants and very pleasant club lounge. Very welcoming staff - who make you feel at home. An optimal spot in the Caribbean. A particular thanks to Stephanie, Julien, Alexandra, the lounge and the entire front-desk teams!

We loved this hotel!!! It was great on multiple levels, beautiful low rise, low pressure vibe, wonderful ocean views with the beach at your feet. The pools were great! The people who worked there were great too!!! I rented a car for a couple of days and one day we visited Playa Porto Mari and the next day we went to Cas Abao. The beaches were about 30 minutes away, just enough for a sense of adventure, driving was easy. Breakfast at the hotel was great, we enjoyed sushi in the lobby and had lunch at the Beach Bar. We did go to three great restaurants in Willemstad for diner, all of them I can recommend. The Gouverner De Rouville, Kome and The Wine Cellar. All of them were great and different. I would recommend each of them. If you are looking for a nice little runaway vacation, this is the place to go.
