Rooms are very clean, cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful, service was point on. The bed is cozy, nice to have a ceiling fan as well. I would like to have door or shower curtains but I really like the shower, overall very nice stay and comfortable. Enjoyed the options of different pools and easy accessibility to all.

I recently stayed at Margaritaville Beach Resort in Hollywood Beach, FL. The location right on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is unbeatable, with easy beach access, great views, and lots to explore nearby. From check-in to check-out, the staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome at every turn. The entire property gives off a relaxing vibe with a fun, upbeat energy. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a coastal-chic feel and a private balcony. The beach is just steps away, with loungers and umbrellas available for a worry-free experience. The food and drinks were a big highlight! Whatever you desire, it's here and within walking distance. There’s live music almost every evening, which adds so much charm to the experience. Although i didn't take advantage of the spa, it looks like a beautiful experience. There was always something to do without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the Florida coast in style, this is it. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, Margaritaville Beach Resort is an unforgettable escape. 5 stars – Highly recommend!

Eion was great help showing us around and with our luggage with excellent service. Hotel music and restaurants were tasty and lots of fun. The pool was clean and had slide with water falls for the kids. The servers and bartenders were very friendly and attentive.

We stayed at Margaritaville after a calm, relaxing few days at 1 Hotel South Beach, and the contrast was immediate. We booked based on strong reviews, but in hindsight, it just wasn’t the right fit for us. From the start, the vibe was loud and chaotic — thumping music in the lobby, a huge dirty rug, and sticky café floors with crushed snacks underfoot. The room had stained carpet and small queen beds that felt tight for a family of four. Shower water pressure was a low too. The pool area was crowded and messy, and while the beach itself is beautiful, the food offering was extremely limited (mostly fried fast food) and underwhelming and greasy throughout the resort. One bright spot was the FlowRider — a total win with our kids. The staff running it were absolutely fantastic: friendly, patient, and encouraging. It really saved the trip for them. Unfortunately, the service elsewhere was hit or miss. At one point, a server asked me to say my credit card PIN out loud because she couldn’t be bothered bringing the machine over — not exactly reassuring. And on Sunday morning, we were all jolted awake by an emergency alert at 9am that felt more like a tactic to fill the breakfast room or get guests moving than anything urgent. The boardwalk outside the hotel felt a bit grim — tacky, dirty, and reeking of weed, which isn’t ideal with young kids in tow. (Actually I smelt weed the whole time I was on my balcony). To be fair, the views are gorgeous, and most of the staff were genuinely friendly. I can see how this might be a fun choice for people looking for a more upbeat, party-style beach holiday. But for us, it just felt a bit tacky and overpriced for the product — though maybe we didn’t do our research properly.

This was our second visit to Margaritaville and it will definitely be our last. The resort is a shadow of what it was and lacks a soul or any sense of what Jimmy Buffet and Margaritaville are all about. For starters, while the staff are attentive, they're clearly going through the motions and upper management have completely failed to instill any sense of what a Margaritaville experience should be like. Let's briefly touch on some of the ridiculous policies - while guests have access to lounge chairs on the beach we were provided only two and had to pay for the third - despite paying for 3 registered guests. Also, you're not provided chairs on your last day. Why? Who knows. Lastly, while activities open at 8 am and beach chairs are out - you're not allowed to even sit on them (yes, I was asked to move) until the beach shack opens at 9. To repeat, as a registered guest, a staff member directed me to sit on the sand rather than the beach chair because it wasn't 9 am yet. These sorts of ridiculous policies are the type of thing you'd expect at a large, second rate resort and I guess that's what this hotel has become. And while we're on the beach issue - on day two we couldn't even get a third lounge chair by paying - despite being at the beach shack the moment they opened at 9 am. How does a resort this size not have enough lounge chairs for guests? Now on to the atmosphere - during the morning and early afternoon the place is fine. Beautiful, welcoming lobby and nice people. On weekend nights, it's a total different story - both nights of our stay saw prom guests filling the front drive and lobby (which was virtually impassable). In addition, the stage near the beach hosts music events that I wouldn't want to expose children to - with the smell of marijuana filling the air and police all over the place. This resort isn't appropriately branded a Margaritaville and I'd recommend you look elsewhere. Our second visit will be our last.
