As always great stay at the hotel, we come in often and and this time was not exception we received the best attentions from our hosts Ramiro and Dayana and the whole crew.

Breakfast is so tasty. I liked the club sandwich. Thanks for everything to excellent staff. They were really kindly to everyone.

If you plan on visiting Havana-Cuba, I strongly recommend the Melia-Cohiba, and for a VIP experience try to stay at one of their Level rooms. You will enjoy, personalized service from check in, extra amenities including access to a great restaurant in the 20th floor with a panoramic view of the city, and much more. Especial kudos to the ladies at the level desk, Amanda, Jeydi, and Estela, who made my stay even more memorable !
A little escape in Havana!

I stayed in this hotel in the month of November, quality was really good for a Cuban hotel, the personnel were king, generous and friendly. There is a lot of variety in the food, different restaurants to choose and the room modern and clean. I would definitely recommend to come if you are seeking for a vacation in Havana!

Our stay under The Level reservation was exceptional and truly exceeded our expectations. This was our second visit, and once again, everything was impeccable. The concept they offer provides an elevated experience with personalized service, comfort, and a wonderful sense of privacy. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning again soon! Special recognition to the amazing staff who made our stay even better — Jeydis and Amanda at reception for their outstanding service, and Mara, Julio, Jason, Diley, Beatriz, and Anita from the kitchen and back-of-house team for their exceptional work and warm hospitality.
