Another Great Stay at Melia Cohiba in Havana!

I just returned from a short but pleasant stay at Cohiba. Hands down the best thing about this property is the professionalism of its employees who make you feel welcome, respected, and care for at all times, from the gentlemen at the valet to the housekeeping staff, room service, front desk, etc. I strongly recommend selecting accommodations in one of the Level rooms for a more VIP experience, including the personalized attention of the wonderful ladies at the Level Desk whom will try to accommodate any request. Keep up the good work, and thank you Melia for fostering a culture of first class customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Meliá Cohiba in Havana from December 30th to January 4th, and I can genuinely say it was an exceptional and memorable experience from beginning to end. From the moment our stay was being coordinated, Maurelis Pit (Sales Manager) and Beatriz Oliva (Sales Assistant) demonstrated outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. Every aspect of our visit was thoughtfully arranged, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time without a single concern. Their dedication and seamless execution truly set the tone for what would become a remarkable stay. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Dayana Campanería (Sales Representative), whose warm guidance and recommendation led us to attend the New Year’s Eve banquet; an absolute highlight of our trip. The evening was beautifully organized, vibrant, and unforgettable, and we are incredibly grateful for her suggestion, as it added a very special touch to our experience. A very special and personal thank you goes to Enrique Arturo Marrero Guanches (Public Relations), a dear colleague and friend from our university days. Enrique went above and beyond in every possible way, always present, attentive, and willing to assist. His support and kindness ensured that our stay was not only smooth, but truly meaningful and memorable on a personal level. Outstanding Premium Experience at The Level

My experience at The Level at Meliá Cohiba was excellent. Personalized service, elegant facilities, and a private lounge with a great selection. The room was spotless, and the staff was always attentive and professional. Definitely a premium experience I would repeat.

I didn’t visit the place yet but I want to thanks the great customer service that I received from the receptionist Ana today when I called to get information. When you treat others as you like that people treat you, you have to be recognized. Thanks.
