We came from kona wer we did queen Lilly paddling, and really needed to rest, which was nice to have .

Whatever you do, don't listen to your husband/wife when they say not to complain because this room was the worse room I've EVER BEEN IN!!! Coming in, I smelt a musty stench, the couch had a big stain on the left bottom, and when we opened it up after our concert ended and were getting ready to get the kids settled, there was a fat stain on the bottom.of thr mattress that my kids had to sleep on...I don't know if I'll ever be back, unless they reach out and give an opportunity to rectify it. This is my go to hotel, never had a bad experience until I rented out my first 2 bedroom. DISGUSTING!!!

Had a brilliant 3 night stay here. Room was magnificent. Staff brilliant and helpful. Only minutes from Waikiki beach and shops. Parking can be challenging if in a larger vehicle. Parking garage next door $25 per day which is pretty good for the area. Had some challenges with a power outage for a day but managed ok Well worth seeking a room with a beach view (we were on the 30th floor) you won’t be disappointed. The view was breathtaking!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was as advertised. Part of 8 in two rooms was perfect! Staff was awesome! Had a planned power outage 1 day during our stay but we were out and about anyway. Kitchen/dinning area was perfect for cooking/eating together!

An amazing place to stay, the room was what we wanted and the staff were amazing, would go back any day, its close to everything, a good walk to Walmart if your keen, as for power outages, we were let know in advance enough to plan around it, she is an old building so she's getting upgraded. If your expecting a 5 star then go to a 5 star hotel, our overall experience with the hotel and island was exactly what we needed and the staff excelled our expectations.
