I would stay again great staff . Clean room and kitchen and bathroom great view love the couch bed was very comfortable to sleep On there was a mini mart that was in the hotel Good for what u need

We have stayed at this place at least 6 times before. Most of the times was a satisfactory experience. This last time was a horrible experience. Rooms are just extremely filthy. I walked barefooted on the carpet, and the bottom of my feet were pure black. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. So, if they clean it on Monday, the next time they will clean it will be Thursday. Guests are responsible to take the trash out to the trash chute. They reluctantly give you trash bags. Somehow and for a unknown reason, the housekeeping person removed from our shower the shower gel bottle. They brought us shampoo instead of shower gel to replace it. They said they ran out of shower gel. The worst and unsettling part were the cockroaches. They camp out under the kitchen sink, but we found a few of them crawling on the bedroom walls. Disgusting and disturbing. The front desk staff kindly moved us to another room in another floor, which was very inconvenient. After that, we just could not wait to end our stay. We will never come back to this hotel.

For the price, it's not worth it in my book. Very dated, doesn't look or smell very clean, and ocean view if you are not above 30th floor is of a falling apart building. Nice staff but I would never stay here again. If it was $100/night, that would be worth it, but $300 +ammenity fee + parking? Nope.

The location was very good in proximity to the beach but better priced than directly on the beach. Our partial ocean view 2 beadroom suite had an AMAZING view of Diamon Head straight ahead and the ocean slightly to the side. The patio was perfect. Our options are limited for a family of 5 including 3 teenagers but the suite worked perfectly for all the kids to get their own bed and have space. I liked the ability to rent boogie boards and beach equipment right in the building and the pool was nice. We would for sure go back.

Condo like rooms were very comfortable and roomy. We had multiple rooms and they made sure we were all on the same floor. We had booked 1 room to start a night early due to missed plane connections, we had to cancel the extra night and they were very accomdating.
