We had a wonderful stay at the Waikiki Sunset. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shops, which made it very convenient for our family. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which we really appreciated after long days out exploring. It had everything we needed and felt like a relaxing place to come back to. Overall, it’s a great option for families looking for a comfortable stay in a prime location. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great accommodation, close to the beach and close to pick up point for tours. Easy check in and check out with friendly staff.

Excellent location, away from the busyness but close to the beautiful beaches, bus stop (excellent bus service to everywhere) , walkable to shops, the zoo and safe to walk around at night. Reception customer service not the welcoming Hawaiian Aloha we all expect, definitely need to practice what you preach, was disappointing especially when we stayed 12 nights. Rules for longer stays of not having daily cleaning is fair enough but our room got cleaned on day 4, then the next clean was not until the weekend we were about to leave, even though we kept asking, go figure? Our reason for staying here was the full kitchen facilities, which were good, (we did rewash whatever we used though) but constantly running out of dish liquid, clean tea towel, clean towels etc and recommend you at least provide a brush and shovel to be able to sweep kitchen floor. So if you train your reception on customer service, sort out your housekeeping roster on cleaning rooms (we had 3), I would recommend staying here as it is good for families.

The Aston Waikiki Sunset is in a perfect location near the beach and the zoo at Waikiki. We always choose an apartment on a higher floor with a view of Diamond Head and the beach - it's just fabulous! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to help us. This stay was our 4th and we wouldn't choose anywhere else.

Excellent location close to the main drag, 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Very comfortable large beds with plenty of storage room. Kitchen has great amenities if you choose to cook at home. The staff are excellent and helpful, and the house keeping staff can't do enough to help you out.
