Alaine was so gracious and provided us with outstanding customer service when we checked in. This was our first time at this hotel and just love it. We will certainly come back again. Everyone from Alaine to Dennis at the Pakini Bar by the pool to the chef who made our omelet for breakfast were fabulous.
Convenient place to stay by Waikiki Beach

This really is a convenient, fantastic hotel. It is so close to the beach, a beach that doesn’t seem as crowded as other areas might be as it is in front of the Army museum. As diamond members we were upgraded to a beautiful corner room. We had beautiful views. We did not take advantage of the pool cabana offered to us. There is quite a full breakfast offered with made to order omelettes included. If there’s any reason I dinged from five stars to four stars it is because being such a popular and huge hotel, the breakfast is most of the time a circus of people and families. This is the perfect place for family to stay for a week as there are two rooms perfect for a couple and the kids, and there is always microwave sink refrigerator included to half meals up in the room if you wish. For us as a couple who like a quiet breakfast we found going at 6:30 AM was a good time to have ease of navigation and some peacefulness. In the early evening there are chips and veggies +2 free drink tickets, which we did not use because we don’t drink alcohol. But it’s a nice venue to sit and chat. All staff that we had contact with at this hotel were exceptionally helpful and kind and friendly.
