Upon arrival - Greeted by valet a couple minutes later.. no pressure as I know it gets busy in the afternoon. Lobby was clean. Front desk greeted us with in distance. Check-in process - Thorough in the amenities provided and was given early check in at 2pm.. very much appreciated. Rooms - Seems to be a bit dated but clean! Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious. A/C worked amazing. Breakfast - It’s your typical breakfast spread staying at an Embassy Suites, nothing special. Evening reception - Meh, nothing special. Just your goldfish and chips + the complimentary drinks provided. Overall the hotel is good.. However, 3/5 stars given as valet seemed to ALWAYS have a wait (10+ minutes) before being assisted. This can cause a hindrance since we were only there for five days and were on a tight schedule with visiting family and such. Also the day of 1/10 I believe around 10am in the middle of me showering my 7 month old the fire alarms went off. Obviously this causes panic. Wish I was given a call before hand instead of going down 9 flights of stairs with a baby to get down outside and state that it was a false alarm.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to all attractions. The morning breakfast and the evening cocktails are an added benefit. The pool is clean and the hot tub was perfect to ease any stress.

Fast deliver of my request of extra blankets and pillows and sheet, thanks to him, clean room, thanks to the maid and I like the complimentary breakfast.

I would like to recognize the staff at Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk for their excellent customer service. Although I didn’t catch all of their names, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and always asking if we needed anything. Their willingness to help and positive attitude truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality! I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites locations, but this one truly stood out because of Otto. He’s hands-down the best server I’ve ever had at any hotel pool. His attention to detail, friendliness, and speed made the entire experience unforgettable. Otto anticipated what we needed before we even asked, checked on us consistently, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Service like this is rare—he set the standard for what great hospitality should look like. If you’re staying here, make sure to spend time at the pool and hope you get Otto. Absolutely top-tier service.
